    Issues

    Paid for full product and still posts were truncated. No response from support email requests. Disappointing. I've used them before and they were responsive.

    Comments will not display

    I had over 10 comment and I am a paying customer and my comments no longer display. I contacted their support team multiple times with no response. Terrible app.

    Не работает на ряде браузеров

    Не работает на ряде браузеров chrome, в том числе и свежих, на macOS и windows служба поддержки не отвечает. Формы жесткие, никак не конфигурируются кроме выделения цветом. Купил премиум, очень жалею. Cackle в миллиард раз лучше.

    1. All the comments mixed in all your posts? really?? 2. Ok, i understand that i have to upgrade to answer comments... Don't work for me! 3. They ask for the name and email of people to be able to comment, but you cannot access that info?? wrong wrong! 4. You write to the support email, and they never answer... WRONG WRONG WRONG!

      Hello funtasticmom! Regarding 1), could you, please, tell us are you using a WIX blog application? There were cases with WIX Blog application due to the way they handle pages inside their blog application. In some cases it is practically impossible to determine the page you are at for the Comments Application. Regarding 3), we do collect user emails to send them notifications about replies to their comments only. You the first one to require this. We did not know you want to collect commenters email addresses. We might add such a feature in future releases. Epic Comment Support Team

    Problem

    Sorry, i have created several pages in my wix website. I have added in each page a comment box of Epic comments in order to have different comments in each page. The problem arises when i receive the comments because i don't know in which page i have received the comment. Epic comments should include the option of seeing in which page has arrived the comment.

      Hello, rincondelosnegocios Sorry for such a late response, but do you still remember the case with Comments Application? Was your website a blog application? I know there are some issues with WIX blog application due to how it was made and we couldn't determine a proper page in some cases. Any additional feedback appreciated. DM

    Очень хороший плагин комментариев. Только я так понимаю Enter не работает? функции переноса сообщения в новую строку тут нет? После отправки сообщения все сливается в одну строку и идет последовательно. Очень большой минус(

    Наконец-то нормальные комментарии

    Из присутствующих плагинов для комментариев только этот может отсылать сообщения анонимно не требуя логиниться в непонятные русскому человеку сервисы + выглядит минималистично, настраивается почти все. На сколько я понял тут нет ограничений на количество комментариев в бесплатной версии! Преимущества премиум подписки несомненно есть, однако для бесплатного использования нет критических ограничений. Приходилось встраивать сторонние сервисы, но теперь я нашел идеальные комментарии для сайта.
