    Very poor image quality

    Very poor quality, adds lines around images that do not appear on the original PDF, I'm using Heyzines now and am delighted.

    Small, not easy to customize

    Cannot make it larger, the pages do not visually work together, it is slow to upload and looks clunky.

    Used for many years but it isn't worth its price.

    Not worth its price. No annual payment allowed. Every month you manage the payment or the pdfs will be made unavailable. Wix should offer pdf hosting features free to its premim/VIP members.

    too slow

    stopped uploading after 4 attempts 55 minutes was most I gave the app to upload my pdf

      Hello can you please send us your PDF at apps@widget.gr so we can check? The process of converting PDF to flipbook for relatevely small PDF's shoud take some seconds,- on big files should not take more than a couple of minutes. If it takes more than that maybe your file is extremely large or there is another problem we need to check. Also please try renaming your PDF to a random name withour special characters on the filename (example rename your PDF to > myfile.pdf Regards Flipbook team

    From one day to another it is not possible to upload a PDF-File. Poor performance for an PDF viewer... No reaction after we called the support

    Esta app deja mucho que desear

    Tarda mucho en cargar un pfd de 30 páginas, puede pasar una hora y aún no lo ha descargado. Si adjuntas fotos con texto, carga más rápido pero al hacer zoom en las fotos, el texto se pixela. No puedes cambiar las fuentes de presentación ni escoger dónde colocar la barra de proceso de diapositivas. Bastante arcaico. No vale la pena

    Limited functionality, zero customer support

    Looks nice, but has very limited functionality, and even after multiple attempts to contact support for assistance, no help was offered. Great for non-interactive photos or static text.

    basically good but ... - very bad service!

    The colors are very poor. The color saturation is way too high and does not match the original PDF at all. After a message a few months ago, it was good for a while. Now, unfortunately, it is as bad again as it was at the beginning ... It would be good if this problem could be fixed permanently. The comparison can be seen at https://www.bruuchbar.ch/magazin. Update 20.02.22: No answer, no fix the problem. Very bad! I would not subscribe to the tool anymore!!!

    PDF Mobile Malfunctions

    PDFs on the mobile come up very small, no matter how much I try to expand the size in the editor - the mobile PDFs remain tiny and illegible - this is a pretty big problem and I've emailed a couple of times in the past week for support but to no response. Would love some assistance

    Por várias vezes o aplicatico parou de funcionar , simplesmente não carregou os PDF , depois o site ficou sem as imagens ! Precisa melhorar urgente essa instabilidade , estou prestes a excluir a mensalidade.

    Den opfanger ikke at jeg har opgraderet

    Jeg kan slet ikke finde ud af, hvordan appen skal bruges. Jeg kan kun få lov at sætte 1 pdf fil (billede) ind. Det bliver derfor aldrig til en flip book. Virkelig dårlig informeret.

      Hello, under your subscription you can upload unlimited pdf's and convert to flipbooks. If you would like to have two or three different flipbooks at the same time on your page you need to add tha app again from the app market so that each flipbook has different controls. You can always contact us at apps@widget.gr for support. Our app has ten days free trial for all users so that you can fully test all features before you purchase the subscription. Also for any payment or upgrade related isseues please contact wix as payments are handled by WIX team and not by the app developers. Thank you!

    Responsivo Wix App

    No modo desktop, as páginas do PDF que adicionei ao flipbook são exibidas em modo double page, como eu havia configurado. Mas no modo MOBILE, ela se torna single page, mesmo eu deixando meu smartphone em modo paisagem isso continua ocorrendo. Aguardo solução.

      Hello and thank you for your email! The App is responsive so it adapts according to the screen. You can not control the number of pages it displays in the screen - this happens automatically depending on the screen size. Flipbook for WIX comes with a ten days free trial with full features available so you can test the app and see how the overall experience and features are. Our Flipbook app is responsive, it displays according to the screen so the doule page si automatic - the flipbook adjusts its appearance based on screen, device, PDF dimensions, photto dimensions. Regarding your question, this does not apply to our app but on how to protect the WIX PAGE that contains the app. Flipbook is just a widget that is embeded inside a page. We would advice to figure out a way to lock that page - that way the flipbook would be accesible only by people that have access to that page. You can always contact as at apps@widget.gr.     Does Not Upload Multiple PDF files

    I upgraded to the premium version so I could upload multiple pdfs and create 5 flipbooks on one web page. Upload never completes even though the blue meter moves to 100%.

      Hello pcmasscommunications! Regarding your mutiple PDF's please make sure that for each PDF you need to add the app istance again so that each flipbook is totally independent. Under your subscripion you can add flipbook app unlimited times so that you can serve unlimited flipbooks. Regarding upload you can contact our team to check on your problem we are here to help 24/7! Please do not forget that you can use the app for FREE for 10 days before you purchasing it. There is NO PREMIUM version - flipbook is one standard WIX App - you can just test it for free for 10 days. Then you need to buy it to continue using it.       Hello! The trial period is totally optional. We give a maximum of 10 days free but you can always upgrade on day 1 or day 2. If you click on Upgrade button on our App you can also see the prices. It is 2,99 per month or 2.50 per per month if you prebuy the whole year.     Did the app just go "down"?

    The widget is no longer available on my pages. I know for sure it was just fine yesterday. I got no alert or warning that the app was "down". If I try to go to the app website, that is unavailable too. Additionally, I just paid for this subscription. Not sure what I am going to do now.

Assuming that the original file is of high quality the end result will be of high quality. If the original file is of poor quality or low resulution the app not upgrade the resolution.     Works fine on desktop but not on mobile

    I’ve got two flipbooks on my website. On a desktop or laptop, they look fine. The books open up and look like real books. But on any mobile device, whether an iPad, iPad Pro, Surface, or phone, you can only see part of the page or one side of the book. There doesn’t seem to be any way to scale the book down so you can actually flip through it like on the desktop. It doesn’t matter how you lay it out in the mobile editor, it still won’t view properly.

    This app is absolutely useful. Well integrated and as well designed as the support is immediately ready to get code injection in case something can work weirdly. Absolutely full rate as these guys do deserve to be supported! First Star: If you can at least communicate with the staff before to get frustrated, well, they really can bring you to get what you paid for; Second Star: Graphic really modern and suitable to many kind of design; Third Star: Time-to-load's low-impact; Fourth Star: Communication excellent; Fifth Star: Staff availability (technician included) with no seconds! Seriously, from all of the flip-pdf-WIdgets, this is unbeatable. Just Guys, why not to integrate the double-page view when the screen rotates horizontally on every mobile app? Bravissimi! 10 + lode.

    save pdf to send by email

    Hello, I was hoping to save the pdf version of flipbook and link it as a brochure attachment for new subscriber sign up. I don't want to have it embedded into my site for everyone to view.. Please advise if you offer this as I have just paid a yearly subscription

      Hello! Our app has been made specially for WIX which is a website builder - for that reason what we do is that we convert PDFs to Flipbook in order to display them in your WIX website - online. Flipbook does not provide any other option such as download. Our 10 days free trial provides all features of our app so you are fully aware of the app potential and if it trully meets your needs before upgrading to the paid plan - which is exactly the same (the trial has the 10 days limitation) HOWEVER, if you would like your email subscribers to access your Flipbook, you could direct them to a private page of your WIX website which has the Flipbooks, right after they get on your list - for example on your welcome email. This will end up letting ONLY your subscribers see the Flipbooks, while no one else could have such access. Hope this helps!

      Hello! If you are referring to the Flipbook widget, you can scale it by dragging the corner of the widget that contains the Flipbook. You will see that as you resize the frame, Flipbook also changes dimensions.Hope this helps!

      Yes you can resize the widget - just click inside the widget so it gets activated and then drag the rectangle corners to adjust the size.
