Unreliable notifications and poor support
We used My Mobile App as the customer-facing mobile app for our Wix store, but unfortunately it has been very unreliable. Email notifications do not work consistently, even after checking all settings, spam folders, and contacting support. This caused delays and confusion in our operations, especially for order updates. Push and email notifications are critical for an eCommerce app, and this app failed in that area. Support responses were slow and did not provide a clear resolution. Due to these issues, we decided to move to a third-party mobile app solution instead. I would not recommend this app for businesses that rely on real-time notifications and stable order management.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few points for accuracy. My Mobile App does not provide email notifications as part of the app functionality—only push notifications. Your Android app has been live since December 16, and push notifications were active and functioning as expected. Additionally, app status updates and onboarding instructions were sent to the email address used during registration. Your iOS app could not proceed because Apple requires app owners to enroll in the Apple Developer Program before an iOS app can be built or published this is an Apple policy communicated during signup. We acknowledge that responses may have taken longer during the holiday period and appreciate your patience. We remain available to assist should you wish to continue setup.

needs customer service
hi team just confirming my issue 1. i have already paid for this 2 year subscription as part of my connecting up 2. the app will not reflext my changers on the app 3.no can see the app including my self across members or with my own device. 4.i have tried to submit the app about two weeks ago and it wont allow me to do so

i purchased the android native app and it wouldn't allow me to pulish i reached out to them and they haven't come back to me and it has been days. Requesting wix for a refund today!

Its Terrible and boring
There is 0 customisation features and you add nothing to it except your address and business phone number. Wix themselves have a better feature for publishing an app. Dont use this one its a complete and utter waste of time

Was great! But now it's gone.
My app was great and the customer service had been wonderful but for the last few weeks I've had no working app and no contact from customer service. Hope it can be resolved or we can get some info.

fits best as a nice oppurtunity
I have been in toch with there service support! I have been active for like 2 weeks and they helped me out perfectly. Service and product is exccelent. I named my appVAJ for the first time and realaized that it needs to be changed. after contacting the service support within 24 hours my changes where settled. my app is Beatzs Music the name of the company. and they where willing to help me out immidiatly and are very friendly too. Ali thx for your support! People who like to see my app from them visit beatzs.net and DL on google store! We might might soon launche the app store too since we are very pleased with this app. 5STAR +

Unable to refresh page
Nice application and good customer service but it requires improvement, it is not possible to refresh the page, this is the normal that should be in every application and usually works slowly they said they will improve it

Helft van de opties werkt niet
Buiten het doorlinken naar pagina's op je site zelf is er niets die werkt. Meldingen werken niet, invulformulier zijn ze nog aan het ontwikkelen.... Sleept nu al een maanden aan en er komt geen verbetering. Wij kappen er in elk geval mee!
