Doesn't work, no clear instructions

App site has no clear instructions. Chat box appears on our website but there is no way for anyone to type in it. Wix is connected to our facebook page, all the permissions are correct. FAQs are seriously lacking. I want a refund.

If I had the option to give no stars I would DO NOT ADD IT'S RUBBISH

Well what can I say? Rubbish, Rubbish, Rubbish! This app doesn't work at all and just slows my websites loading time, Can't believe I actually upgraded now I'm going to unsubscribe and never touch this again. It's slow to load, hard to customize and you can't choose your own positions. Plus I tried to send a message and guess what nothing happens it's like a useless ornament it does nothing, nada, nowt so don't get excited people unless you love the taste of disappointment. Waste of my valuable time setting this up only to have delete and unsubscribe, back to coding and adding the button myself. Thanks UTORIX for creating an utterly useless app that wastes my time, appreciate it NOT!
