I wanted to leave a review, since many of the low star reviews seem to be questions for customer service or individuals who misunderstood the purpose of this app. This app has many templates for you to make your own, or you can make your own formula with help of their website. I don't know much about coding and formulas, and wasn't sure which one to use, so I simply contacted customer support and they provided me with the correct formula to use! I needed a fairly simple tiered pricing calculator for our software-- it needed to calculate the price based on the number of users on the software, but the price changes after so many users. It came out wonderfully, with many options to customize the look of the calculator (font, background and border, prefix and suffix on inputs, etc..)

How to sell these calculated products

Hi how do I sell products with this app? I have these custom priced products. I see that someone had an issue with this back in 2020, hope this is fixed

The calculator was not displayed on the website

I integrated the Lumifish calculator into my website and purchased a one-month subscription. After customizing and publishing it, I noticed that the calculator wasn't displaying as expected. I reached out to customer service, and they resolved the issue quickly, assisting me directly within just a few minutes.

Significant issue with the "Calcolatore"

Recently, I have encountered a significant issue with the "Calcolatore" app that has impacted my work routine. Despite the app having functioned flawlessly for over a year, I am now facing a problem with the integrated email sending feature. Although emails appear to be sent correctly from the app, they are not being delivered to recipients. I have checked the software and network settings and found no discrepancies or errors that could cause this issue. This problem has limited my ability to share important calculation results with colleagues and clients, requiring less efficient and more time-consuming alternative solutions.

Great customization, easy to edit, but DOES NOT WORK!

Did the free trial to see how it worked, paid for it since I loved it. After paying and publishing the site, the calculator does not show up on the website. It does in the editor, it does in the preview, but not the actual site.

Doesn't work

Bought the app, was happy with having a calculator for potential clients. However, I quickly found out that when you publish your website with your new calculator it doesn't show up! Would not recommend at the moment. If this wasn't an issue it would be a great product.

Good Idea | doesnt work

good idea, spent time on building a calculator disregarding existing reviews. but disappoint i did spend the time because once site is live the calculator disappears. dont waste your time

It does not work

I paid, but the application no longer appears on my site. I see that all sites are affected. The application doesnt work. I spent hours doing my form, I'm really unhappy ! Please try to find a solution.

Randomly disappeared

After purchasing the yearly plan and spending many hours customizing my calculator, it has completely disappeared from my site and is no longer accessible. Even tried to reinstall, and it still comes up blank.

I was loving it...

But as of today, 11/1/2023, even though my monthly payment went through a few days ago, it has disappeared from my site and I'm not able to access it. Reinstalled, and same problem.

Working fine, but no option for mobile design

Just started premium plan and it's working well all the time, but i cant change any design elements on mobile version, please fix this major problem if you are capable to do it!

I really like the layout and simplicity of this app tool. It visually implements well into my website and i like the automatic update of fields based on the input entries. One piece of upgrade advice i would like to give is .... As a personal trainer/online coach (which is the target audience), it is really important to implement a tool that not only calculates calories, but also splits between marco type e.g. protein, fats, carbs, this would be a big benefit to implement. Fortunately i did not find another tool that i like functionally that does this, but if one does become available it will minimise your retention potential.

I had to build a very complex calculator out of a 106 lines Excel sheet. It took a few hours to completely build this calculator online and even the "send results via E-Mail" feature is super fast! I am amazed, client is more than happy – Thank you!

Petits problèmes dates

Fonctionne assez bien dans l'ensemble. Les dates parfois changent sans raison apparente. Cela crée des désordres et une mauvaise image de notre service.

It's overrated

I didn't like the price they are charging for the basic amenities. On the top of that they are providing only few calculators like 7-8 models which is again not apt for the amount they are taking from us.

App is great, but...

Love the calculators; easy to build; but, not showing up on my published website. I've emailed for support. Thank you. Issue resolved...elements had to be ungrouped

It works. Sort of.

Very limited in the look of the final layout. You cannot do as much as you would like to. Once I had a built version completed, I couldn't edit and delete fields. It would always revert back without ever making the changes I made in the customize menu. Did it over and over and it would not delete. In the preview, it was correct but as soon as I closed the editor, right back to the way I don't want it to be. You also cannot copy a calculator and place it in another location, you have to start from scratch and completely build the calculator over again.

IT WAS WORKING FINE UNTIL IT MARCH 2022

We have a very complex calculator in our site, suddenly we aren't able to suplicate it to copy to other tabs, a super simple calculator is generated in it's place. We have lost our original calculator. The developper hasn't gotten back to us yet

Doesn't Work - Customer Service Sucks

I read other reviews saying this app doesn't work and didn't believe it but it's true. There is not "save" function when you customize the calculator and it reverts back to the template. The calculator, stock or customized doesn't show up on the site anyway. I've been building websites for over 20 years on all platforms and while this calculator is easy and intuitive to use (at least for me) it simply doesn't work and no customer support for over 5 days and 3 emails so far. I'll just code my own calculator now. Would have been faster than messing with why this app won't work correctly.

The design is very friendly and easy to use, but i cant save no calculator i create, it has a lot of bugs from saving to display, please repair your app or take it off the market

I really like this app as a feature but I can't get the calculator to work properly. I went back to an older version of my site when it was working to see what I did wrong but the calculator did not reset. I can't find any videos or information online. Unlike Wordpress, you do you not have a chat help online. So I have to leave an element of my site broken and I'm wasting a lot of time trying to figure out the error.

Nice Calculator, does not work on my chrome browser, works on Firefox no problem!

With the WIX support I was able to trouble shoot this enough and found out it did not work on my chrome but on Firefox. We couldn't figure out why, but works great now. I just had to to customize it on the FIREFOX browser.

Not liking how its not working

When I pay for something I expect it to work. I can not save my custom revisions to my website. Or my website app. I change the Variables and it doesn't give me an options to save the newly created calculator it just defaults back to original Lumifish calculator display. The templates are not active links to click on and use and I do not want to use there variables that are already preset. Please fix the problem and do better. When you application is not working it makes my use for it un useful.

Not working at all

Just acquired the annual paid plan. Lets me customize the visuals, but otherwise, it doesn´t let me choose a template nor save the settings after configuring the formulas. Already contacted support, no response yet.

Hours of work cut for no reason!

Can you understand that i paid to have a good service. I pay only to be shure that i'll have a secure service. 2 times your service bugs ! I CAN'T STAND LOOSING TIME !!! Wix must find the way to propose this service because your service is not working !

REVISED: Content disappeared after building and publishing page

This app works great for a simple quote builder. The only negative is if you want to move it from one website page to another within your site, it seems you have to rebuild it entirely. It is not saved anywhere on backend which is a huge fault for me. Previous review: This app seemed great! I created a custom template and was very excited to start using this calculator as a quote estimate for clients. However when I published my page with the template, it simply disappeared and I had no way of regaining all the work I created as a saved template anywhere. Awaiting customer support still, will update if resolved.

Works fine..but I'm missing conditional text

It works, simple and customizable calculators. Great for my site. I'm not giving 5 stars because I need conditional text "For example, if the result is >10, show text number 1, and if the result is <10, show text number 10". But the app is great, it just loads a little bit slow on my site.

The email results feature hasn't been working and Support has not been in touch with me after 2 attempts.

They provide really good back up and can diagnose the issues quickly and propose simple solutions

I'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews. today after 15 days of trying to get in touch with the support team i feel that this experience has to b shared. the app crashed a few weeks back . all calculators disappeared. I sent a first email requesting to re-instate... and received a stadard apology where they describe the app crashing due to Wix updates. Fine so far, but finally nothing reappears. to be noted that we've built a comprehensive calculator to budget large project and the set up alone took aa full day. I decided to get back in touch again with the hope of them re-instating the original work. No response! Ok, let me get back to it and re-do the whole thing. I get halfway, save and preview and POP... the whole thing disappears again. here's another email begging to contact me back and once again NOTHING! here it is then... a smart little calculator managed terribly! still no response and here I am trying to get this thing back up before the client eats my head! Thank you calconic, for taking the money and running. super disappointed.

App doesn't load

Calculator is not displaying on my site even after upgrading. I can't change the settings because not even that loads on the app. Every other app is working perfectly. I don't see a number to call either. Going to have to wait for an email in a week and go back and forth. Very disappointed.
