Barely adequate

The design format is non adjustable. Boxes are way too big. And you can't delete any of the social media icons, that just galactically stupid. I don't use them so they are stuck there looking ugy.

Doesn't work if FAQs are used multiple times across site

We have several different pages with this FAQs app on it, and while it functioned fine for years, will now show FAQS results from different pages if using the search function. Contacted support for over two months, and was just told that this is now expected behaviour, even though it means that incorrect information might be presented to site users. Really disappointed in this

It ads a section to your homepage. You can't really move it and the options are extremely restrictive.

How can I place the FAQ to the site of interest?

When I add a FAQ form to my website, it defaults to displaying on the homepage as a blank form with three empty collapsible boxes. How can I link the FAQ I created in the Wix editor to a specific page on the website?

Random information out of nowhere.

Doesn't read your site, just pulls information from nowhere. Just drops on to the site pages and doesn't move or hide. It just covers the page, even better I created a FAQ and it matches the questions, but not my answers. You can't edit the links added to the answers and no actual people to help. AGAIN AI is a total misinform generating joke.

How the f**k is this the best option you have for a FAQ widget? There are random social media icons present and no way of removing. Unless there is a toggle somewhere far removed from here, similar to your forms, there is no way of removing these and this is taking too much time. It's now easier to vibe code an entire site than design with a template on wix. Insane.

Don't waste your time.

About as unresponsive as it gets. Mobile breakpoint looks like it has 150 px of padding on one side, adjustments don't stick after publishing, font sizes are different on the published site. It's just all around trash. Support is unwilling to help.

Wix is only good looking for beginner but lots of bugs

It's horrible; it won't crawl by Google properly by default, and you have to keep refreshing or complain to them to fix the bugs, and also it won't display what I asked for.

Bloats HTML for Site

This app executes well in theory, but it bloats HTML for the page you place it on, because it renders all of the FAQ sections on any page you place it on. In the end, you also end up with duplicate content issues, because the content is hidden but still reflected on the backend. Tried contacting Wix about the issue, they said that a solution was going to be de-listing a page and not allowing it to show up on google. They said it would still be live but it wouldn't rank on google. That's not an option as I have the FAQ on all of my category pages. Which means I would have to remove those pages from google to fix the issue. Instead, I am manually making an FAQ section with text boxes to make sure that only what I want per page/category shows up on google. Otherwise, I have tons of bloated HTML and duplicate content. I would not recommend this app to anyone.

Do not install!

Despite the poor reviews, i decided to test it out... i shouldent have... it immediatly messed up my site and moved things in the wrong position. Thankfully i was able to restore it.

FAQ does not get displayed

I added the FAQ app to my website. It doesn't get displayed neither in preview nor on the website. I did everything the support AI told me to do and it still did not work. Very frustrating.

O app não aparece no site publicado. No meu editor o app aparece, mas não aparece em visualizar e no site publicado. Instalei e reinstalei diversas vezes e não funcionou.

Why delete the added FAQ on the website after the update???

So, Wix decided to update the layout of the FAQ app, and the plugin is just gone from the website? REALLY? Now I have to re-add the plugin to all the pages where this FAQ plugin was included. AMAZING! P.S. FIXED the issue means bringing back the old version of Wix FAQ? And then removing the plugin from all pages where it was installed. That's what you call FIXED?

cant make more than one

its bizarre you have to make a whole "app" for it, why is it not just a add on feature? like its not that complicated of a concept. And I cant figure out how to have 2 different FAQs on my site it is bizarre

Fiquei muito decepcionado quando tentei adicional esta experiencia de Acordeão noutras paginas para outros assuntos, mas não dá para fazer frases diferentes. É muito fraco mesmo, não resolve o problema

Not great, not what I expect from Wix

The biggest problem with this app is it doesn't follow the same customization philosophy as the other wix apps. Do you want to edit the color of the app, you can't, you can only accept the default colors assigned to your template. This means if you want to edit the colors, it impacts the entire website instead of just the one app. Really not well thought out, I am really disappointed in it.

It displayed my questions in whatever order it wanted, no matter how I had them arranged or how I entered them. I removed the app and added it a few times. Deleted all the FAQs and typed them all up again in a specific order, but the questions are still all over the place, and the app is doing whatever it wants regardless of my input.

Messed up my website

I had added the Wix FAQ onto my website, and now my homepage now a technical error box and a section is moved up covering another section. Now I gotta figure out how to get this corrected quickly. I definitely do not recommend this app.

This thing breaks things and is frankly a waste of time. Just manually create a general FAQ. Having to pay more when you already pay for premium is BS.

Terrible experience!

We created a simple 10 question FAQ but it displayed the questions in the wrong order. The app did not allow us to reorder them and WIX solution was to delete the app, reinstall it and start over from scratch. This costs time and money and is no solution to their problem. Look for a different app!

This is a new Wix FAQ? Can not remove the old FAQ!!

The FAQ app works well for simple setups, but there's currently no way to properly delete or reset previously created FAQ entries. After rebuilding a new FAQ structure directly in the Wix Editor, I found that old content could not be removed entirely. I had to manually delete all text from the old FAQ app and keep it blank, treating it like a dummy section. This creates unnecessary clutter and confusion in the backend. It would be much better if the app allowed users to fully reset or delete entire FAQ sets to keep the editor clean and organized.

Fonts issues

Despite the bad reviews I gave it a go. Seemed ok to set up but the issue is that it often defaults to a Times New Roman font on the live site. Wix Support can't figure out the issue. Wish there was a good alternative.

Still broken...

I installed and set this up hoping that Wix had fixed the issue considering all of the poor reviews, but this app still takes terribly long to load! Wondering if it will be fixed, ever?

It doesn't work

You click, nothing happens, it says 'page not found'. There are no docs. What's the point. And the Wix AI recommended it to improve SEO.

I created all my FAQs and then they got stuck on every page in the site. There is a function that lets you turn that feature on and off, but I was unable to turn it off. Wasted all me time.

NON SI TRADUCE CON IL TRADUTTORE AUTOMATICO

Purtroppo, dopo vari tentativi ed accurata raccolta dati, le FAQ in questione, la barra di ricerca sul sito sempre di Wix, e le gallerie di scorrimento (se messe sotto ad un prodotto, sotto al corrello o checkout), ecco queste 3 cose, molto importanti, con un traduttore automatico non vengono tradotte, tutto il resto del sito si.. mi sembra un po' incoerente in quanto non per forza devo creare un sito in tutte le lingue se il consumatore utilizza un traduttore automatico della pagina.

There is literally very little this can do. You can only add 1 FAQ to you site and if you add more than one the settings for one are set for all of them so its not like you can just display seperate categories with different questions on different sections cause they all link.

I can't see half of the setting options. I only know from a video what should I see, but the lower part of the setting box is not visible (eg. social share icons, color options...etc. The layout is also limited, it's only possible to have one column, not 2 if I would want to divide the questions to have some symmetry. I also cannot make the list more narrow to have a broader editing option. But it would be still OK if the setting option would be visible, but it's not, just half way, which is a problem. I think I'll delete it, and write the questions and answers in general paragraphs....:( Sometimes other editing options are also slow, but are fixed with time. This one is not unfortunately.
