Improvement suggestion

Would be better if you could have multiple instances, e.g. one per product or service, rather than having to rely on tabs to separate topics

Not ideal!

It looks good. But I am deleting due to java script issues, oversized html and other issues which I am only discovering now after weeks of customisation etc... I have on my main page and 3other pages to try and reduce content on a single page but that's just made it worse I think... Will be going back to the old fashioned route!

It's okay.

No way to take of the stupid social sharing buttons. Not a lot of customizability. Other than it works ok.

Need improvement

Wix FAQ isn't publishing the changes, even after multiple saving, publishing, refreshing and only starts working again after removing and re-adding the app.

It's okay. I wish it had more functionality

I wish I could change the background color; it would be nice to be able to easily change the order of the questions: it would also be nice to be able to have links in the answers to help people understand better.

Good - But Broken

Does the job well enough, but the bold and italic options for the questions text doesn't seem to be working. A little annoying as the rest of my site text is bolded and its throwing the overall design off. Please fix! Then It would be 5 stars.

Super slow loading

Had to uninstall it - it takes forever to load on the website - looks like there's no content. Even worse on mobile than desktop and I have fast internet. Can't imagine what it would be like for someone on a slow connection. Otherwise I really liked it.

Loads very slowly when you have lots of Q&A's

Delay in opening is annoying

Quite a nice app in general but the delay in opening makes it really annoying to work with. As others have had the same issue I hope this will be addressed and fixed quickly

Why is my FAQ panel always lost even though I saved the web design?

So far - too slow when the page is loading

I finally found a drop down FAQ option on WIX. Great features, although limited designs but fills my needs. The only issue I have that the FAQ section shows up last and takes good 3-5 seconds to load. This is a a problem for my website. I would like to have some suggestions if possible to either improve the speed. I have about 20 questions across 4 categories and I don't want to reduce any more text/questions. If the WIX team themselves can improve the loading speed that would be grateful. Otherwise the app is good to use.

Just 1 FAQ per Website possible

It would be great if it's possible to create 2 or more FAQ on one website.

categories not working

hello sir/madam, Good day! when i am trying to display a particular category on a page, sometimes it shows only that category but when i preview it, all the categories get displayed. please help. I want to display a particular category of FAQs on a particular page. Thank you

不好用

不能分別修改成多國語言(後台是共用的)，Wix Multilingual 也很難用，還要配合Wix Multilingual才能翻譯很多此一舉。現在有個解決辦法是所有語言所有問題都做在一起，再各別勾選要顯示的項目，可以做，但很麻煩(後台如果可以更清楚的分類管理會更好)

I want to custom the detailed design.

FAQ app, as like other official apps in Wix, have also limited functions for customizing the interface design. I disappointed about these limitations on Wix's official supporting apps even though some of functions may essential to apply the website.

Awesome App

Thank you for this app that does what it was designed to do. Just a few issues that I have experienced with it when setting up my site. 1stly, using the app multiple times on the site has shown problems. Copying and pasting or loading it again is not a problem. The problem is that when the 2nd FAQ is edited it changes the content on the 1st FAQ (vice versa). I noticed others have experienced problems with this and were referred to a Wix article with the solution but the solution offered does not work. Problem persists. 2ndly, the linking functionality for linking the content of the answer to a section does not work, only the web link work well. Again the article/solution provided by Wix help center is incomplete/incorrect. Please check on these articles and assist in resolving these issues. Other than this this app is great and when resolved it gets my 5 stars. Thanks in advance for your help.

Easy to set up, however

I cannot adjust the question number size on mobile. The setting is not responsive so it doesn't change the size no matter the font size.

Average - Some functionality doesn't work

If you are looking add an FAQ section for free as part of your paid package, this app is ok. However, you don't get much functionality and some of it doesn't work. For example, you cannot move the search bar away from the main FAQ body so you can create a little more of a visual experience. Also, very disappointed that the re-ordering questions function does NOT work. No matter how you drag and drop the questions, they have a numbering mind of their own

Issue with multilingual FAQs

Have FAQs set-up for 5 different categories and one of the categories will not allow me to pick the english answers on the english site and the french answers on the french site. It keeps changing the language to match the one I change in one version or the other or at times, it places both language Q&As.

FAQ not display on mobile version

FAQ displays on desktop version but will not display on my mobile site.

It does the basic job - just VERY limited customisations

It works just fine, but id like it to be much more flexible on the customisation side to things. For example, you can't even change the colour of the open/close icon, let alone add your own icon. Needs pepping up a bit It also lives in an iframe, which is a bit oldschool. It is the slowest loading part of my website. Sometimes takes a good few seconds before it appears.

when i change the in edit translation the data was changed in app but it not showing on the site, please help us

Please add function on lines separators designs, add more options to change the expand icon symbols.

Die Formatierung in den Reitern funktioniert nur teil. Fett markierte Textstellen werden im Editor so nicht angezeigt. Ein verändern des Textabstandes funktioniert manchmal, machmal nicht. Ansonsten eine praktische App!

Design problem

When I change the design of the writing for either the questions, answers or categories, it displays correctly on the preview but not on the site once published. It would be great if this little problem could be fixed quickly.

the font keeps changing back to the default

I try to change the font of FAQ's questions, but the font keeps changing back to the default. How can i fix it?

New Function Request

Hi, Would it be possible to have different faq forms on different pages? for example, I want to hide some questions on Page A and show those hidden questions on Page B. Now, it's like everything I put on will be shown on both pages. Thank you

Serves the purpose - but not made for multi language pages

Works fine in one language but cant be used for multiple languages.

It would be great if I could add Sub-headings or Sections inside FAQ

As of now, the FAQ section is limited to just one heading. So what if the users like me have several sections/sub- headings inside the FAQ. It would be great if that becomes available :-)

How to change the menu font, i can't find tutorial and I want to know how to change the background image to an image, like a video but not a video.

Good, but...

I can't work out how to change the text font in the answers. Even if I follow the directions and chose my font in the Design section, it shows the correct font in the edit view, but the saved view reverts to a different font. Help please?

Not fully developed yet

This is a neat tool. However, there are two things missing that make it almost unusable: 1. This app is not compatible with multilingual sites. There can only be one language, which is bad. 2. Minor issue: The Answer Text doesn't align with the Text from the Questions in the Dropdown Layout. Please fix this

Not customizable enough

For the mobile device, it doesn't look very good. It so bulky and the numbers are on a separate line than the questions. Needs to be have the option to be more compact, especially for mobile.

To be improved but a good base to start

I'm missing the possibility of updating a large number of questions/answers easily. It would be great to access the database behind the feature and import/export a CSV as you do on the content manager. Multi-language is also missing. It takes time to update a question, and if you go too fast (renaming), some questions are not saved, some others are not completed.
