I use this app on every website I build. Really simple to use. Free. What more could you ask for?

Works Great

I'm able to customize it exactly how I need it for my website and it works flawlessly!

Not working

Took me around 2 hours to create and answer the questions and when to integrate, disappear and say there is a technical issue on their part. That is disappointing because this is the second Wix app that, unfortunately, loses my time. Hope to be fixed. Update: I had given it another chance and tried again.Happy that the work I did yesterday was saved somehow. So today was successfully added.

This is great!

I almost did not try this app due to the reviews, but I hated the way my make-shift FAQ page looked. I just installed it and it works really well!

Easy peasy

After reading some of the horrible reviews about this app, I was hesitant to try it. I added the FAQ app as a new page to my site and was very pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to edit, navigate and customize. If I had one wish it would be to customize the font to mirror the rest of my site, but otherwise, I'm very happy with the integration. Frankly, I found that any review in which people are having issues with things like social links or customizations, etc., were more a matter of the person not taking the time to go through the various menu and Settings options, or do a little Googling. Every question I had was easily answered by searching a bit. Very happy.

Ideal

This was very quick and easy to slot into an existing page, apply the site styles I wanted to use, etc. It even includes functionality I wasn't expecting, including search, categories, translation and social sharing. Far more than I needed. Perfect.

Works good, easy set up.

Had it set up in minutes. Was able to hide it from the front page and then create a new FAQ page to use it there. Not sure why so many are saying you cannot hide/remove it from the homepage.

Die FAQs von Wix sind schön übersichtlich auszufüllen und werden ebenso angezeigt auf der Website. Das Design lässt genug Spielraum, um die FAQs ästhetisch darzustellen. Mir fehlt lediglich die Möglichkeit eine Rundung an den Ecken einzustellen und die Abstände zwischen den Kategorieüberschriften zu verringern. Das sind jedoch Kleinigkeiten.

Works MUCH Better Than The Reviews Say

This app deserves 4 stars or 5 stars. The Wix FAQ app works MUCH BETTER than recent reviews describe. Use case: I created independent FAQs on each page (10+ pages), displaying one category on each page respectively. The FAQ works on both desktop and mobile, but I had to definitely fix the formatting on mobile (otherwise, it looks like it's blank on mobile). You have to manage FAQs via the dashboard view, but not a big deal. You can easily change the order of categories and even individual questions within each category. You can customize text (colors, style, size, etc.) as well as the background. You can also include lots of different media (image, video, audio, etc) within each answer, except you cannot embed maps or custom HTML. At the time of this writing, you can only link to full website URLs and cannot link to pages within the website. And the FAQ app takes a moment to load in preview mode. Still if you want to create accordion-style FAQs, I highly recommend trying this app.

I use the FAQ-tool on all our websites (we got a bunch of them!) and never had any issues with them. I do not understand other ratings here. Seems to me some users do not understand how to use it. Categories work well, the design is adjustable, the function itself is easy and works well. I like it and our customers gave positive feedback since years.

FONT is terrible

I cannot fic the space and lines, so the whole paragraph is extremely messy, even cannot be read.

I was sceptical at first of how low the rating was for this app, but compared to the other FAQ options this one had the most. Im glad to say that whatever the 1-star reviewers are saying it's basically a skill-issue. The good news is that if that's your competitors, and complaining is all they can do, well good on you! It's rather simple. drag the app element into your FAQ section, manage the FAQ's in the manager, and remove the "share on social media" icons was only a matter of checking the settings on your page and hiding them.

No issues and gives the FAQ's a glow up!

I chose not to categorize the FAQ's after all and like the display better. The app was easy to use and made the Q and A display so much nicer. The only issue I am having is figuring out how to remove the social media app sharing option...

Great for Quickly Setting Up FAQs

To begin, I'm shocked this app has only 2.7 stars; reading other reviews, it's clear people meant to leave them for a different app, or are experiencing user-error. Setting up our FAQs was so simple with this app. We have multiple departments at our company, so splitting the FAQs into categories was immensely helpful. Being able to add rich text and links/videos/photos has saved us so much time explaining things to customers, and cuts time on providing informational safety videos for our rentals.

I love the internet calls!

The free internet calls gave my business a more professional feel with the welcome message that plays at the beginning of the call. Nii helped me with setting up the desktop app. I was told a mobile app would be out soon. I look forward to it!

social icons removal problem

I use Wix ADI and my efforts to remove the social icons just below the FAQ answers were in vain.

Text formatting is off

I would love to be able to edit the line spacing. The app apparently doesn't seem to be interpreting the line spacing from my headings in the site settings.

Pretty simple and user friendly

I set it up in less than 5 minutes just the way I want it to be.

Problematic to say the least

Formatting is horrible. Whether I write from scratch or copy and past, the final product is misaligned, punctuation ends mid-sentence and you can't put a question mark at the end of your title. Hopefully, there is a quick fix I am unaware of.

It was frustrating, now its great!

I was having trouble scrolling far enough to unclick links to X and Linked in. I left a review and they sent me a tip to zoom out in my browser control panel. I had no idea that was even a thing. Thank you so much for replying because I was going crazy trying to find help with the Wix Bot! All fixed and good to go.

Amazing little app that delivers what it promises

How to add faq to a single page rather than site

I added the Wix FAQ but when I tried to apply it to a single page, it somehow applied it to the whole site. Now every pages in my website shows FAQ. Can you advise how to fix this?

I like this app, it's simple and does what's expected - maybe a few more features wud be nice for someone, but I don't need that - I like the simplicity! (the former mentioned error was on my side, there was another app added that I was unaware of affecting the site)

UPDATE - following the instructions provided below, i cannot fault this app, very useful! the app itself is really good and easy to set up, the main issue I am having with it is - I have set up a a page which links to different FAQ pages (delivery, account, payments etc...). I have added an FAQ app to each individual page, but when you edit the questions and answers on one page (delivery), it will copy across the same questions and answers to all of your other pages. Really hoping this will be fixed otherwise it will not work for my site.

Die FAQ-App ist ganz okay. Kann man gut und easy im Backend konfigurieren. Leider werden die FAQs ausgeblendet sobald der Nutzer die Cookies ablehnt. Sobald Marketing Cookies aktiviert sind, wird es eingeblendet. Nutze Cookiebot für die Website. Hat sonst jemand das Problem? Sollte schnell geändert werden.

FAQ showing speed is too slow.

when we open the page of FAQ, loading speed is too slow so many users are leaving while waiting.
