    DISAPPOINTING

    As being the only option for WIX FAQ ud think they didn't cheap out or skimp out. So disappointed honestly its ruining the brand for WIX. like how is it that you make such a bad add on application that it doesn't look the same for mobile. Also, you can't change the font color even after publishing it doesn't reflect the change. impossible to use. literally almost going to cancel and go to another website platform after 5 years of this shit. like seriously FIX UR GODAMN FAQ ADD ON U BEANSSSSSSSSSS I PAY GOOD MONEY

    It's gone to crap

    Today went to update FAQ T section and it refuses to show the new content no matter how many times I click "done" then "publish", and on top of that, the coloured background "banners" each question sat within have vanished despite all the settings subsequently being checked. What the hell is going on? And no, I do not wish to revert my site back to some earlier version as that would undo hours and hours of time spent adding products. Oh, also WIX, why is the font so TINY for the category names that appear at the top of the FAQ area for visitors? At this rate I might have to just do a main menu link then sub category pages instead of using an unreliable app that there are loads of complaints about. This is really shoddy when people are trying to run a business. Get it together WIX

    ALL MY ANSWERS WHERE GONE

    After hours of work and seeing it online at my site. Next time i logged in, everything was empty! Holy fuck, what a waste of time and crappy shit this WIX.

    STOPPED WORKING

    Was a good app but started playing up, feeding information live skipping Publish step, then all my data disappeared. Developers responded that they restored data but it is still missing. It was a good app now its just crap.

    [Solved] Buggy app. Backup your data!!

    Original (see down below for update): Thank you for deleting data from my site without my consent (due to a faulty update of your site) and not even having a backup of it. You are the shittiest company ever. Web3 will hopefully make you obsolete. Already had a call with your support: sucks Its clearly a fault by Wix. I didnt update anything on my side and their UI/functionality is new. -- Update: Issue got indeed solved. They were very fast in resolving a major bug for me Thumbs up. However, I would reconsider how you deploy/update features and the backup strategy of external apps (e.g. faq).

    Complete rubbish.

    I checked today and EVERYTHING I wrote in the FAQs disappeared. No problem, I wrote it all again but now whenever I go on my site it automatically scrolls down to the FAQ after a few seconds and has some animation I didn't even ask for. Fix your shit wix, I don't want my site like this just fix it. Very dissapointed.

    Used to work fine in Editor X. Now is buggy and frustrating.

    I had previously installed this on an Editor X site and it was working as it should. I have now come to do amends on it about a month later and having some very frustrating issues. I keep setting the width to 100% and it keeps changing itself to different settings from 25% to 111%. Every time I do amends I have to change these back to 100%. Even if I leave the page in the editor and go back they have changed. Super painful. The height also keeps changing from auto to a fixed pixel amount. Pretty please fix team Wix. Thank you!

    Looks nice, but dysfunctional.

    It seemed a promising App, but, it is slow to load, and sometimes gives an error message. Bye bye dysfunctional beauty.

    Embbeded videos not working?

    So far I've been loving this feature but not it seems that if you host a video within one of the questions you get the message saying 'this video is unavailable ?!?! Can you please fix it?

    Doesn't work

    Trying to use the app in Chrome, but only the first question is toggling open, while the rest of the questions remain unclickable (even after turning off the toggle for seeing one question at a time). I understand having a bug, but unfortunately there is no documentation for troubleshooting this problem, so I have no way of knowing how to fix it!

    Works okay, but has some browser bugs...

    I've experienced a couple of the other issues I've seen expressed here, but my main issue is that the app doesn't work with certain browsers. Someone said it didn't work in Safari, but not on other popular browsers. I feel as if I have the opposite issue where I have to double check that it does function in Safari rather than Chrome or Firefox. We either need a huge improvement on this app, or we need more options.

    Inconsistent Editing Features

    Update: Still doesn't work. UPDATE: - Wix cutomer care (bot) Response: tutorial on how to use FAQ app. & requested a call-back. - Customer care (CC) Luis: shared my screen. No problem when HE made formatting changes & saw I was unable to do the same. Luis referred my case to someone who could fix it. - CC Daria: emailed FAQ tutorial + Wix Chat upsell info. - Me: Reiterate the issue. - CC Vasyl: forwarding your issue. - CC Nick: did not find my FAQ app. - Me: "It's there" + info about issue - CC Nick: sorry & sending it to someone else. - Me: waiting...... Original post: MANAGE QUESTIONS edit bar: Bold, Italics, Underline, text alignment, bullets does NOT work. It worked in the past. Now I cannot change margins, bold, bullet, number, etc. in ANSWERS. The Wix tech support confirmed this, but when they escalated this to someone who could fix it, I was emailed a FAQ App tutorial. Unhelpful! I suspect there are more glitches with the FAQ app; this is the one I'm finding so far.

    It does not update the FAQs, even though I published, and with no warning

    Very frustrating experience. Without telling me anything, the site does not publish my added FAQs, and does nor remove my deleted ones. Good I am checking manually and see an issue. What else it is not doing or doing, without telling me?

    difficult to use

    I am disappointed in this website builder. It's doesn't function as promised . I can not edit or add a FAQ I allowed pop up as instructed and still can get anything done. I think its poor that i have to upgrade to get support via chat. This site is not for someone with little IT skills

    This app doesnt duplicate and can't be moved to another page!

    Very annoying. I spent the better half of an hour populating this FAQ app, only for me to figure out that once populated it can't be copied or duplicated or moved to another page! Come on WIX! This is basic.

    Shows FB & Twitter icon below every answer

    The app works fine for me, however, there are two icons below every answer that direct to some random link for no reason, please help with correcting that.

      Thank you for your feedback. You can choose the hide this icons easily. Please go to app Settings > Settings tab, scroll down and see two check boxes for sharing on social. Uncheck them. If you're now happy with the app we'd love it if you could update your rating in the App Market.

    Incredibly slow and doesn't load properly

    It's the only FAQ app on Wix and it's not fit for purpose. It doesn't load properly on my site and when it does, it's glacially slow. PLEASE FIX IT, WIX!

    first question and answer are replaced with code?!

    please fix bug which causes question and answer being replaced with code. i have deleted first question doing this but then the next question and answer is also replaced with code and looks awful for customers and visitors

    Code language in my text

    The app looked great but unfortunatelly it is not working approriately. The text of questions and answears is supplemented with a code language. Definitelly not suitable for web visitors to see it. Can you fix it please as soon as possible please?

    Wix FAQ is not working in live site

    I used Wix FAQ long back and it was working fine but suddenly it has stopped working, I am unable to open the strip even in the preview mode in editor, the same in live one as well. I tried to contact the support but unable to reach them as well. Please give me a solution soon .

    strips not working for FAQ app

    the STRIP of FAQ Suddenly not working and still not working .... Not fixed as suggested below 10 hours ago. People visiting the website cannot see FAQ which looks really bad for the quality of My business and your web building. The "only one answer " option for the expand layout of FAQ (which is ugly but works at least) you have to click the question again to close it.... Even more ABSURD is your constant "10 hours ago timing" and the CANNED response so many many times of "Thank you for your feedback. The issue was fixed" RIDICULOUS !!!!! and insulting .

    Answers not displayed

    FAQ worked perfectly well until a few days ago - now my answers will not display although they have been saved and no changes have been made. Nothing pops out when clicking on the 'Question' Heading. I have tried editing and resaving the answers to no avail.
