It's usable.

Recently I had become suspicious when I stopped receiving submissions to our attached email. Upon investigation I realized that the "form" submission tables were gone, when I navigated to the pages where they are located I do not have the option to "create a submissions table" only to "view existing submissions table" which if you click on does not exist. And you only get the prompt to re-add the form to your site. Edit: Submissions show in Firefox, not chrome now. No idea why. Support was helpful so updating this to 4/5 b/c it could be something on my end & technically still works.

number of questions in forms

I want to know how many questions I can add in only one form. I dont need 10 forms, I only need 1 form with 30 questions. is it possible? I have the e-commerce plan

Problems with the letter coming from the form from the site.

Good afternoon. I have a problem, I made a form with 24 fields that the user fills out and the letter that comes to the post office, the columns (fields) are not named in the letter as I called them in the form. How to fix it, how can I make the letter arrive, not only with the filled text, but also the name of the fields, such as in the form?

Çok çok çok büyük eksiklik. - Kargo Modülü (TR deki kargo şirketleri ile API Entegrasyonu sağlamanız şart) - Ürünler için yorum seçeneği eklemişsiniz ancak 1-2 tasarım var ve çok basit, çok amatörce. Amazon, alibaba'daki gibi 5 yıldız ve gelen yorum sayısı modülü, ürün sayfasında muhakkak çıkıyor olmalı. Bu özellik ile bizim gibi sitelere müşteriler güvenebiliyor ancak. Bu yüzden yıldız ve yorum sayısı modülü, ürün adının hemen yukarısına yada aşağısını ekleniyor olmalı. Bu ve bunlar gibi e-ticaret (sanal mağazada) çok büyük ve kritik eksiklikleriniz var. Umarım bunları en kısa zamanda düzeltirsiniz.

The forms dont always come to my email, but they always apear in my backend messages - So i have no issues - It would be cool if we could have a download option for the forms so we can download and print it if needed :)

Good but can have more Features or Options

Very reliable apps so far as we have it it for more than 1 yr. It also support many different languages such as Asian ones. We would like to see more features such as: - option not to include email but just mobile contact no. - features like a easy time or date/calendar scrolling where people can fill up eg requesting a booking time/date , without using the full online calendar -more customised options such as scroll options without people having to type it up

Adding interacting forms/ questioners

Really having a problem with that, once you learn the system, for the most part it is pretty easy. Very professional looking.

Is there any way for us to test the send/receive action for the Wix Forms app?

We have installed the Free version of Wix Forms by Wix and created one form; we have attempted to fill and send the form several times so we can test the send/receive process but so far have not received our test. We are not ready to publish our website yet; we own our domain but will not be connecting it until our Wix website is ready. Is there any way for us to test the send/receive action for the Wix Forms app?

it is great. i want to upgrade but reduce the cost so i can proceed, it is just way too much

Great but the basic let you only have 5 forms

It works great for me. Unfortunately the basic version offers only 5 forms you can post on your website. So if you have multiple services like me for different subscriptions / registers i kinda HAVE to pay for the unlimited.

I was wondering if its possible to add additional information to the email sent to site owner, Information that is created by code and not by user input. For example if I make a code that creates a reservation ID etc for the customer that sent the form.

Hide fields

It would be great to be able to add a field like Message, and then hide it. This feature would be a great way to catch Spambots and not put my signups through the Cpatcha process. Spambots thrive on Message fields and it would be a great tool to be able to sort out the SPAMMERS. ADD HIDE FIELD PLEASE.

Both functions instead having to choose one

Hi Wix Team, when someone activates the trigger in my contact formular i have to choose between receiving an email to my account and an automatized answer for my client. Is it possible to have booth functions at the same time?

I have a quick question... I paid to upgrade the app. I really enjoy using it. Now that I am working on a second website, I cannot get use of my upgrade. Do you have to pay to upgrade the app for every new website even though you're still under the same login? I hope I asked this clearly? :)

I really love this new plug in. I am however having trouble with duplicated the forms. I would like to suggest an update: - The ability to create a seperate spreadsheet for duplicated forms Currently, I have to remake the form for every page instead of being able to copy and paste, then connect it to a unique spreadsheet.

Not saving to my site

The app worked perfectly for what I was trying to do. However, it is not saving to my site while other changes on the website are. Does anybody know if you have to purchase the premium in order for it to save? Or if there is any other reason this alone may not be saving to my site?

Hi Wix, this is a pretty cool app. HOWEVER.... I can't work out how to collect full addresses (including Street, City, Zip, Country) to sync with CRM. Please help!

At last!

This is definitely a good start with an awesome potential (find out why below). Wix has certainly surveyed and detected a need for this kind of app which is very obvious. As of now, we can accomplish groundwork (and maybe more later on) using this Wix forms knowing it is connected to its CRM: fantastic. I am a Quizzer/Surveyor spending over a $100 per month on Questionnaires/Quiz software, but only one was interconnected to Wix from outside its platform. I am working with interactive Quiz/Survey apps outside of Wix where we can offer assignments, values, points, qualities and their calculators figure out results stemming from respondent's answers: super marketing tool. It does go much further with opening rates (usually form 30%-50% and more). And could this be the next improvement of WIx forms and its next level?

Great app

This app is one of the better ones Wix has to offer. The only issue with it is the upload file button. It only allows one file to be uploaded. Would be great if it allowed multiple files instead of having to have multiple upload file buttons on the form.

Besoin d'une info

Cette application est très bien faite mais pour mon site, avec la fonctionnalité "Téléchargement de fichier", j'ai besoin que mes visiteurs ai la possibilité d'envoyer des fichiers audio (ex : mp3; wav; m4a; ...). Sinon elle est très bien faite :)
