Directions are not up to date....

I created the form and clicked add to site. It gives a pop up that says to "add exisiting fomr" through the 'add app" yet there NOTHING THAT SAYS ADD EXISTING FORM! Useless and frustrating as hell!

i can't edit wix form collection any more !!

i can't control wix form collection any more !! can't add fields or delete fields or edit permissions for wix form collections , i don't know what's wrong , the cms section become full of zero data collections , i cant even delete !!

Does not trigger notifications

This thing s***s. And there's no support to help. I get all notifications from Wix, EXCEPT from customer submissions. Thanks, that's NOT what I want.

It is the perfect site to make a site

Learning Curve

It took me a while to get used to but I am now confidant in my ability to use this app. It deffinetly gets the job done and I'm able to execute all the tasks I was hoping to for my business.

Wish there was the discount system same as store on it

I used Form instead of using Store, because Store couldn't be customized for the input of my customers, so I just used the form proceeds of payment and added the images statically. It's just working but I had to duplicate the whole page and make a special page with less 15% price to send it to my sellers as commissions, this thing could be just like Store easy to use but it's not dynamic :(

Amazing! I couldn't be happier finding apps that seamlessly integrate with my Wix store. The integration was made to my Wix store in a blink of an eye, I customized the colors to match my store theme, and everything runs smoothly, which is how it's supposed to be. All monitored within my Wix dashboard. Why complicate yourself? :) I am very happy with this app!

Great app but

The Calendar (birthday) section doesn't seem to work anymore since a few weeks on mobile phones. It still works on desktop. Lot's of my customer are confused when signing up because the days in the calendar aren't showing up. Can you please fix this?

Great But Needs More

-Create a Tip Jar (with no wix payment fee) that can be added to regular pricing -Create A Tip Jar that can be added to onsite payments and after appointment CRMs. -Allow Payments (especially Invoice) to create split customer payments. Ex. - Booking is for a party of 5 who want to pay separately. Let's make it possible and convenient.

Excellent business tool

Having read some of the previous reviews I am surprised as I have not had the same issues. I suggest you read the advice for completing an online form. Candidates complete our online forms from across the UK and upload assignments and other documents on a regular basis. I particularly like the submission table and being able to review, export and collate submissions at a later date (as well as get notified via emails). I suggest you use some of the settings and design options to optimise you forms. Finally if you are not happy with the functionally I suggest upgrading. Remember this is an online form only tool and should be used to augment your web pages. We could not run our business without this.

The first app I gave a five star rating on Wix. It's perfect, adds a lot of customization, and helps by business a LOT. Thanks, I will never remove this from my website.

This works great, It's one of the best WIX apps, though installing WIX Content Manager, is usually necessary if you have WIX Multilengual, because of the issue that it will apply the names in other languages, with the WIX Content Manager you can edit the names that show up in Email.
