Bonne appli mais perfectible
C'est une bonne appli qui reprend le contenu de la page facebook. Plusieurs parametrages possible, cependant perfectible : Caler X post sur la largeur et la hauteur. Bug sur l'affichage du menu en francais pour le texte Vidéos (le E s'affiche VIDA@OS ) il faudrait simplement supprimer l'acent sur le E de video.

Doesn't work
Installed it and it worked for 2 minutes and then stopped working. I have full admin rights to my page. Doesn't update when the Facebook page is updated. Wrote to support but still waiting for a resolution. In the meantime, I'm looking for other options.

Unreliable
I use the facebook feed to update my website. I pay for this service yet it rarely works and is unreliable. My feed sometimes doesn't update, and now it's not displaying at all. I have sent complaints and messages of needing support and yet nothing. Why isn't there a phone number to call? I'm paying good money for a website that I receive daily complaints about from followers.

I paid $60 for the enhanced Facebook Feed for our website. It worked great for 2 weeks, now it will no longer connect our Facebook Feed to the website. Would like this resolved ASAP as I expect for an extra $60 on top of my subscription, that this Facebook Feed actually work properly. Thanks.

Hello Kenny, Thank you for reaching out! Our support agents have checked your website, and it turns out that the issue is caused by the cache settings of the app. The reason the new posts don't make it to the feed on your website right away is the cache. Our widget uses cache to make it load faster and to reduce the server load, so it doesn't request Facebook each time someone browses your feed. Instead, it requests Facebook once in every 6 hours, pulls in the images by the specified criteria, stores them in the cache, and displays them from the cache. After the cache is expired, the widget requests Facebook for the posts again, and that's when the new ones make it to your feed. We're very sorry that this wasn't obvious from the start. Sizing and Update Issues
Installed on Wix site. Worked great. Then, noticed that occasionally, the app would not update action on my FB site for much longer than the supposed 6-hour refresh period. Then, it would suddenly work. Next, at random the app size changed form full width to a tiny square - no action on my part..... Monitor your install.

Doe not work about half of the time
I experienced the same problem as other. The feed would drop out altogether about half of the time, leaving a complete blank area where the app is situated. I contacted their tech support multiple times, buit they seem incapable of fixing this basic issue. This app is complete waste.

Feed doesn't update all of my post.
When I uploaded the app about a week ago, it worked fine the first couple of days and I was extremely happy to see the end result. The feed post feed has not shown any updates since 11 March even though I have updated my FB page. I decided to upgrade from the free trial to the paid version to see if that would help and still nothing. It's extremely frustrating to pay for a service/product and it NOT work. The application information page states in the features section that the feed is updated in real time...If that is the case and that's what I'm paying for I would really like to see!!!

I needed to display Facebook albums on one of my websites. The app displayed only 10 albums. So I contacted support and got reply "There shouldn't be any limit for the number of albums you can display". They asked for my links and disappeared. I had to contact them back 3 days later to remind about myself. They got back to me with "Right now 10 albums is the most that our app can display". They don't even know how their own app works!

I have deleted it and reapplied it again and again. Copy and pasted my URL letter for letter, tried the @ ID, and this will not connect at all. If it worked I would say It is good yet, it doesn't not connect or find my page or do anything except make a blank spot on my page.

Hi americantvnews, We don't actually advertise our app as updating in real time. Our marketing materials don't have a single mention of it. Our app uses cache, and this was done by design to make it load faster and not slow down your webpage. Another reason for implementing cache was certain technical restristions on Facebook API side that we can do nothing about. Our appologies for the inconvenience. We hope this explains things.
