    Zero Security for File Sharing

    Someone one client uploaded private documents into another client's private folder. This is unacceptable and appalling. There is no level of security in this platform.

    DONT USE - DOES NOT WORK- GIVES ACCESS TO ALL

    File Share is a deprecated, legacy Wix app whose permission system no longer syncs with Paid Plans or the new Members Area — so it gives the wrong people access, blocks the right people, and randomly fails to deliver files

    No Longer Working on Cell Phones.

    I've used this app for several years now but suddenly the documents are no longer accessible when on my phone, which many of my members use. I can still access them on my pc but documents need to be accessible when traveling. It'd be nice to be able to organize the files and folders too so the most important or frequently used folders with documents could be moved to the top, eliminating the need to scroll to find them. All the apps with regard to document viewing have glitches which is why I'm considering switching my organization's website to another platform. Everything seems very outdated on WIX.

    functional but not pretty

    This functions, but it is clunky and not pretty. Fine for an internal work environment, but for a quick way for a small business to share files with clients? It is quite frankly ugly. An ability to change the icons so things are easier to group together by sight would be a great start.

    An improvement for thumbnails is needed

    Please have the feature for thumbnailing include in Wix File Share. If possible, allow different sizes of thumbnails, especially for pictures / images.

    Objet : [Urgent] Amélioration du Gestionnaire de Fichiers : Ajout de la fonction Dupliquer Dossier

    Bonjour, Je suis Archiviste du Rotary District 9101 et je développe actuellement un projet pour la gestion de documents sur Wix. Ce projet exige une architecture de fichiers standardisée pour plus de 100 clubs, chacun nécessitant 4 sous-dossiers spécifiques. Problématique :Le gestionnaire de fichiers Wix ne permet pas de dupliquer une arborescence de dossiers (Copier-Coller), même si elle est vide. Je suis donc contraint de créer manuellement près de 400 dossiers un par un. C'est une perte de temps considérable et une contrainte majeure pour les projets professionnels à grande échelle. Demande :Nous vous prions d'intégrer de toute urgence une fonction "Dupliquer Dossier" (incluant ses sous-dossiers) dans l'outil. Cette fonctionnalité est cruciale pour l'ergonomie et l'efficacité de l'archivage et de la gestion de structures complexes comme la nôtre. Merci de votre prompte considération.     Good, but add more customization

    It would be nice to just host my fiels on any page, so the wix share stays but i must eb able to add the file sharing on any page with my own background and more.

    not fu;lly functional

    permissions set for anyone to use without sign in, however when folder or file is clicked on it asked for user to sign up.... not favorable... also no button for download or upload.. bummer

    Has worked perfectly for years - recently only complaints - plug-in is not loading - fix it pls

    Great app for PC, but lacks for tablet and mobile

    While I think the app has great flexability, it only extents to PC use. If I were to want my website to be used on tablet or mobile phone, it doesn't scale down. It has a fixed size both as a whole and text-wise, which a lot of other apps has figured out to do. If this could be "fixed" I'd love the app!
