About this App
The app displays UPS live shipping rates in the shopping cart of the Stores. "UPS Rates" dashboard has helpful links to enable and setup the app correctly. The dashboard is accessible from "Apps" in the left-side site admin menu. In the dashboard you can set different shipping options, including the preferred box size, and markup or discount. If you have discounted (negotiated) rates with UPS, you can use your own UPS account number.

Rates are consistently very low?
I've had to adjust as much as +50% to get the rates close to reality, I'm not sure why they're so off. Weight and locations are all correct. Can you add an option for adding a signature requirement to shipments (21+ etc.)? We ship wine and that is required for all alcohol shipments and tends to add around +$7-8 to each shipment. Edit: have you been able to add 21+ shipping options to this? Looking forward to that feature if offered!

The app provides UPS shipping rates in response to Wix server-side rate request. The only visual interface the app has is "UPS Rates" dashboard under the Apps in the left-side admin menu - this is for the website admin, not for the customer. So there is no way to add a customer signature requirement to the app. But you can add $8 markup in the app dashboard, in the "Shipping rates markup (positive) or discount (negative)" section.

Improving fast
EDIT 10/30/2023: Pavel has been really responsive to feedback and has already implemented the box size selection! He's working on adding a couple more features, after which I'll likely give a 5 star rating. Can't wait to use this app! Like it says in the details, it uses the biggest box to calculate rates. In our case, those rates are too high and make us not competitive just because of shipping. If there was a way to select box size, we'd improve the rating and likely use the app!

You can now use your own UPS account to get negotiated rates (if you have discounts with UPS). Set it up in "UPS Rates" Dashboard (open it from "Apps - Manage Apps" admin menu), in the "Use specific UPS account to get negotiated rates" section. In the "Shipping rates markup (positive) or discount (negative)" section you can specify an additional discount. Note that not all shipping services get UPS discounts (check your UPS account on UPS web site).
