Excellent App and Stellar Tech Support

I am new to this app and being an engineer, I though I could figure it out on my own. Natalie with tech support made it seem so simple and guided me every step of the way. I highly recommend this app to save time and simplify product transfers to sales channels.

Customer support has been very helpful and responsive. Rachel took the time to help me work through my Amazon listings and syncing issues. The setup can be a little complicated, but the support has been excellent so far.

This is a powerful tool worth looking into if you manage multiple sites including wix stores, ebay, etsy amazon, all the major ones.

Was having a small issue with importing tags but support fixed it overnight. Help was responsive and listened and understood. Already impressed with ease of use though. I am integrating to Etsy and it is saving a lot of work for me.

Assistance with Inventory Sync

I had issues with syncing my inventory with Wix and Etsy since Etsy was on vacation mode while we were out of the shop at a show. Harvey was the initial person who assisted me and he was great. He had to pass it on to Natalie since it was an issue he could not handle. Natalie was awesome and everything was fixed / synced by the next morning. Thank you so much for the help.

screwed up my whole tiktok shop

if you have a tiktok shop before wix or anything else dont use this. it deactivates products after your stock hits zero, essentially losing all past sale info, so now thousands of my recorded sales are deleted and it looks like i have a brand new shop even though ive been doing this for years. there is no way to undo this. also it automatically activates multi warehouse mode, another unfixable issue, so now i cant manage stock from my phone or ipad! unbelievable! i can only manage products from home, from my computer, which is so inconvenient that i might as well redo my entire store, i cant believe the amount of things this app has screwed up for me, my entire business is now in an UNFIXABLE mess. If anybody from this company replies "its fixable" in any way its because they are trying to trick you into believeing I dont know how to fix it, that would be a lie, I have been running a million dollar company on tiktok for a long time and thoroughly know what im talking about. unfixable.

I had an issue mapping a data field from Wix. Tracy worked with me to identify the issue, verified the field was not available, and got back with me in less than a day with the needed field mapped for use in templates. Couldn't ask for better support.

Great customer service. The chat bot on the bottom half is very handy. There is definitely a real person there lol. Very informative and pleasant. The chat box button is a little too big in my taste, but that doesn't take away from the experience. I used it to add items to my TikTok Shop.

Excellent Support and so far loving the ease of this multichannel app

As I work on growing my online vintage sales, I've tried out various ecommerce websites, and using the LitCommerce app to access my Etsy inventory has been fantastic. However, I encountered a problem when trying to remove the app to test what I hope will be the final ecommerce web solution for my sales. This app is a life changer, nothing less. I have never seen app or anything with a such great service. If you hesistate, DON'T! Has a lot of potential

I'm still in the beginning stages of the free trial, so there's been a bit of a learning curve on my end, but I can see how this app has a lot of potential. I've been in touch with customer support a few times via chat box, which has been and easy and positive experience. They've walked me through my questions/issues step by step and have solved a more complicated issue as well. Overall, the system seems easy to use, and customer support is right there is you need help. I'm hoping LitCommerce is the bridge app I need to keep Etsy and Wix running in sync with each other.

Working great so far!

Have a Wix and an Ebay - syncing all my products and its simple to get them all synced up and make sure they all match. As with any tool, you've got to learn the functions and so far it is going very well. Also, i have had a few questions for support chat and they have been super helpful in leading me in the right direction (no problem, just my own learning).
