Very useful

Gives an important response to a reminder to customers to receive a notification to complete the purchase. Much use today is in mobile and less in email and the app gives the right answer

Super amazing of service

I contacted the company last weekend to try and translate the WhatsApp messages into Hebrew. The unbelievable happened and I received an immediate response that this is possible and will be addressed by Monday. Today I received a message that the translation has been done and everything is working great! I am glad that I was able to help the community in Israel.

Great Addition to our Automations

We were looking for additional recovery options and how to convert abandon carts and this is just the thing. Installation was easy and the online chat specialist was very patient with my questions. We began converting sales within the first hour of install. Can't wait to review a month's worth of data.

easy to install and if you need help there is a rep there as soon as you start the installment process, shows the number abandoned cart and gives the option to use SMS or Facebook to recover carts or remind potential customers of the carts

Customer service is very friendly and are helpful. They solved my problems with generous care and offers. The tools they provide are helpful as well and they seem to find new things to add daily, such as contacting those who have subscribed to your sms, which is supposed to be coming soon.

Insanely easy to config, high ROI (recovering only 1 cart pays for months of subs), highly recommend. Only thing I'm picky about is I'd like to have more font choices and customisations of the pop ups
