Twism: Reward Your Customers Sweden are not supported ☹️
Hi i love the idee and would add it to my webshop but its say Sweden will be come soon ☹️ and how is it for a multilanguage webshop?

You’re absolutely right that Twism isn’t available in Sweden just yet, and we also don’t currently support Swedish language translations. We’re actively working toward making Twism available in more countries. While we can’t share a specific timeline today, we’d be happy to notify you when Twism becomes available in Sweden and help you get set up when the time comes. Twism: Reward Your Customers Need some help please
Love the app but lately its been getting status code 500 when people try to login thru the widget. Tried clearing browser cache and other troubleshooting methods. Not sure if it has something to do with google updating but 500 is usually server side. So some guidance as to how to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Twism: Reward Your Customers Can't add coins to balance
The + button for adding codes and coins doesn't work! Welcome codes or coins can't be added to your balance! Both mobile and desktop! Edit: after compromising and still using this, you need a mobile app to get the coins AND you can't use them for pricing plans which is a main part of my site! Very frustrated overall with this product.

Hi there, thank you for your review. We understand that you were under the impression that customers would need to utilize the Twism mobile app to earn coins. We're happy to clarify that this is not the case, as customers can earn, track, and redeem their coins all via the widget displayed on your website. However, I also understand that you would like to utilize Twism with pricing plans. Unfortunately, you are correct that at this time, Twism is not yet compatible with pricing plans. However, we have documented your comments as feature request and will gladly notify you when we are ready to fully support pricing plans.
