What an amazing option to update all my products in one shot!

I feel like an idiot
I downloaded this app and it was wonderful. I took my time to add items and customize and I was going to share my page. Then I decided to test if I could buy the items I had in my cart just to find out you can't even do that. I would have looked like a fool if people tried to buy my items just to find out they can't. I hope some of the issues people have problems with will be fixed and have good updates to make things better.

i am shocked that your store doesn't have built-in reviews, and people needs to build it with Corvid, which is not the reason I chose Wix at the begining, because I wanted an easy code free system. 2nd, you still don't syncronizhed with GOOGLE SHOPPING which is very un-SEO friendly and lower the sales against the rivals !!! If I'd knew it at the begining I'd never open a a store on Wix

Плохо и дорого.
Очень дорогой сервис. Куча навязанных услуг. При покупке плана, каким то образом я его не купил, а продлил, соответственно не получил домен и ваучеры на рекламу. Никто даже не попытался извинится! Далее - после покупки премиум не ждите что вся их реклама уйдет, это не так, много рекламы остается. Сами шаблоны работают медленно, сайт открывается очень долго, часто вылетают ошибки по шрифтам и фото, несмотря на все правки, т.е. это не исправить. Тех. поддержка работает сейчас очень долго, можно ждать днями ответ. Раньше было лучше, года 2 назад тех. поддержка была куда лучше. Вообщем сервис уже не тот, ищу другой.

I am not signed up with wix stores
Horrible choice to go with wix stores - THEY REALLY DISCOURAGE ANY TYPE OF FREE PLAN TO PROCESS MY ORDERS. I have pay plan and I am very comfortable with them since they are also more accessable for customer support than wix stores which is difficult to reach and open only 9 - 5 or 6pm and only 5 day a week for wix stores to help someone live with wixstore issues. Very disappointing that this arrangement is not more appropriate for an online store biz and I understand technically wix stores has too many technical problems. How can you expect someone who has been with another processing arrangement that works perfectly, switch to wixstores, when I know about all the technical difficulties wix stores has. I would suggest stop marketing for more wix web hosted sites, until you fix all the technical difficulties wix stores has. Also I suggest wix stores has a separate phone number for customer support, especially when there are so many known technical wix stores problems.

International shipping cost is not calculating correctly. Losing money!
Recently set up option for international shipping. My first order charged the customer $10 less than my USPS actual rate, which I paid. I lost $10 on that transaction. I rechecked all my settings and the USPS rate. Everything was correct. Wix is getting it wrong and the store owners are losing money. I see I'm not the first to point this out. Wix, please fix this.

Shipping Options NEED HELP
Wix store is great. Easy to navigate and create products. The only issue is with the shipping options. I can't ship everything in the same size box. Some of my products weigh more than others. The USPS calculated shipping is almost $3 too low consistently. After receiving 10 orders, I am out about $15 from my profits to cover the miscalculated shipping. Etsy was better, PERFECT, with their estimated shipping. Etsy's calculator was correct to the penny of the USPS cost, every time! Since this is so important, I had to deduct a few stars.

Die Funktionen sind gegeben, und sie sind auch umfangreich. Jedoch ist das ganze System sehr langsam. Eine Kaufbestätigung erhält man erst zwei Tage später per E-Mail. Professionell einen Webshop zu betreiben, da empfiehlt sich sich mit Sicherheit etwas anderes

Why is it Impossible to communicate with any one and get Paid for all my orders from Wix???
Hi, I'm one of your small vendors (Jinela Tea) and for the past couple of years I have sold and shipped about 10 boxes or so of my Jinela Tea....However I NEVER got paid by you from those orders and it's IMPOSSIBLE to contact you!!!! Service Provider Lost you my business
The service provider Wix uses and recommends - Stripe, was so horrible I downgraded my plan and moved my store off site. Will eventually move my whole website off wix to so that I can actually have a store on my site. Never want to interact with Stripe again. They give Wix a bad name and lost them a lifetime customer on premium plans

Will let you add more photos to one option but if your customer wants the 3rd pic in your list of photos and they go to check out, the store reverts back to the first image. Retarded

Not a Good App for the Price!
I paid for the premium Wix store app and it is useless, it is a waste of time and money. The social media marketing/advertising is a joke, the customer service is a nightmare. I am a dissatisfied customer, I am looking for alternatives for my ecommerce site because wix is not working for me. I cannot get a sale on my website but Etsy and eBay there is no problems. I believe it from the social media marketing/advertising it does not work probably. The store only has pounds and not ounces, there are no good free shipping app only the ones you have to pay for monthly and they are not even that good. I use XPS and I have to download another app to access that which is ridiculous. The multi-language is a joke, I do not know what they were thinking when they designed that. So everyone is suppose to be able to write there whole site and product description in other languages, I do not think so. My website on mobile looks like crap. There are a lot of issues with the Wix Store App, and trying to talk to someone is useless.

Premium service but no automatic tax collection
First, if like to point out the good things I like about the website. It's quite convenient and easy to set up. You get to see up your own websites URL and if course if you have the premium service there are a few perks... However, Wix offers a third party service for automatic tax collection through Avalera. The problem is that it's still in it's beta stage and only functional through the beta version of the app. Am I missing something because now I'd have to change it to manual, and paying for premium service is think that that would be a service that was included. Any suggestions? I'd be happy to change my rating if this can be fixed or if there is another process that I'm missing.

This should be free!
Already had a premium plan so I assumed this would be included, WIX should be doing everything in their power to encourage users to make money and keep our business for the future. No warning banner appeared stating I'm not on the correct price plan, so therefore I would need to upgrade before I even wasted 5 hours on my life designing a shop to then find out I cannot take payments. I'm absolutely fuming, customer services simply advised to cancel my current plan WAIT 20 business days for a refund and restart my plan. A basic plan with a proper WIX shop should be offered even to just sell a few products and just allow us to use PAYPAL. I'm not happy.

Adding multiple product galleries to a store page is a MESS
It's bad enough trying to get multiple Product Galleries on the desktop site to match, but when you go to the Mobile version it is a TOTAL MESS. The order of the Galleries is completely wrong and none of the important gallery settings on desktop site carryover (I.e., number of images to display). Trying to reorder the galleries so they will match the Desktop site by dragging then in the Mobile Site Editor is a mind numbing exercise BECAUSE THE PAGE DOESN'T SCROLL WHEN DRAGGING ITEMS. What a TOTAL PITA!

Pretty good, but missing VERY IMPORTANT Standard Feature...
A solution for this would make it a 5: PACKING SLIPS! Currently, we get copies of WIX website orders via an email and via the backend of the website. We need for our warehouse people to print packing slips - (basically the order without any prices on it). We don't want to give them access to the backend of our website, which doesn't provide packing slips anyway, but we have configured their warehouse computer to only receive the WIX email alerts that they print out and fulfill from. The problem with that is that the email notifications have a giant WIX splash screen on them and the WIX logo above the order. Then the order data is crammed into a narrow table under the WIX branding. If we had the ability to configure these emails that alert us such that we could put OUR logo in it and remove all the prices, then our packing slip problem would be solved. We've used other e-commerce systems and while Wix is quite robust, it's the only web solution we've used that does not provide a packing slip! I see that there are enhancement requests for a configurable email alert - if you all could implement that ASAP then you could kill two birds with one stone and make it a workaround for other small businesses that need packing slips too!!!!
