I can not fault customer support, Raj was very helpful and kind. Yes the app can be difficult at first, but after trial and error, I quickly fuigured it out.

Vous aurez un peu de mal à comprendre cela fonctionne au départ mais persistez et prenez le temps de discuter avec le service client via le chat. Les réponses prennent parfois un peu de temps mais Hanah à su répondre à mes question et m'aider à synchroniser mes produits

Doesn't work correctly

Easy enough to set up and understand but does not work correctly. If you try to add more than one column into the same section, IE: multiple categories, multiple images, the app loads the product, but without that section. Support is severely lacking and just tells you to contact WIX instead.

So far so good!

We have been using Stock Sync for a couple of weeks now. It is not as complicated to use as one might think. Customer support has been very helpful and able to point us in the right direction when we have had issues with a feed. The Stock Sync team has been very expedient in returning our emails as we have had questions. As we become more familiar with the app, we may start adding more filters and processes as we can see where this can be a great asset and a huge time saver. I would suggest starting out with a few simple tasks like matching SKU, updating current inventory level and ensuring most recent wholesale costs per item. Once you have a base of application that are synching, adding more tasks will be a breeze.

Good until it isn't!

Not intuitive at all to set up and make a mistake and you can get left with hundreds of products deleted. It's like paying to beta test someone else's software.

For me it was a God send!

I have been using the Stock Sync app for a bit more than one week and I have to say I am impressed. After reading the reviews I was not sure about it but having a 550+ products shop I had to find a stock app asap. It not only does what it says but any doubt I had was answered by the excellent customer service. I had no problems until now and am confident it will stay that way. Thank you so much guys keep up the excellent work!

Absolutely Fantastic!

Stock sync has being a life saver for my business due to having to import products from our warehouse inventory to wix, We have had a few issues now and again but they have always being quickly resolved by the Customer Happiness Executive Hanah, who is always ready to help if you need assistance. Overall very impressed I would 100% recommend!

Terrible

Used three times and the app deleted over 900 product descriptions. Was using only for inventory purposes. Now cannot cancel. Zero and I mean ZERO customer support. DO NOT USE!!

Can't cancel, steals money

App doesn't work. Refuse to cancel their service.. keeps billing your card.

Huge Time and Stress Saver

Worth its cost hands down! This has saved me a ton of man hours and stress. So happy I found this. Their customer service is great too albeit a little slow at times. The instructions could be a little better also but with the help of customer service I got my screw up fixed quick and was up and running in no time.

Multiple bug

Les updates entre google sheet et Wix rentrent en conflis avec stock sync. Les prix ne se mettent pas à jour adéquatement. J'ai essayé leur logiciel avec un autre site e-commerce et tout est normal. Leur logiciel semble être en problème seulement avec Wix. Quelques bug de quantité lors des mises à jours par moment.
