Pathetic Customer care and order sync system

There orders are never sync automatically, Not even manually you have to create each order manually and the worst part is that their customer care team is pathetic everything is fine till you face and problem if you ever face any issue or error you must directly uninstall it and switch to find some other app as wasting time on cutomer care is useless they never respond you proper and will keep you waiting for months

Mi experiencia con esta plataforma es nefasta. Llevo días que tengo muchísimos problemas para generar etiquetas, apareciendo errores sin parar y no dan soporte ni seguimiento. Y yo sin poder hacer envíos de mi tienda online. Me acabo de dar cuenta que me están cobrando tarifas extra por "sobrepeso" tras enviar cada paquete, aunque yo tenga configurado el peso correctamente en mi plataforma. Hace semanas que la aplicación funciona súper mal, lenta, lo reporto y no me dan seguimiento. Hoy he puesto 50€ en recarga para nuevos envíos y no me lo detecta. Un desastre. Ahora a ver si consigo que me devuelvan el dinero.

Falla bastante

Al menos 1 vez por semana los clientes (en México) me contactan porque les arroja el error de que no es posible enviar a su región. Ojalá puedan arreglar eso porque ya tengo meses así

Estou tendo problemas a algumas semanas e a comunicação com o suporte é muito difícil. Minhas vendas estão bloqueadas por problemas de configuração da plataforma de envio. Prejuízo.

La app no funciona. Nuestra página es chilena y el servicio se necesita para Chile.

La experiencia con envia es increíble

Tuvimos varias incidencias con la empresa de paquetería pero todo ajeno a Envia, su panel, integración y resolución de problemas es brutal!, Claudia la chica que nos asignaron es muy resolutiva y contesta rapidísimo a cualquier duda, la verdad estamos encantados con el servicio.

Demasiados fracasos.

1. Muchas veces el systema dice que no copra ese zona con tal empresas de coreos y eso no es verdad solo para aumentar el precio. 2. No elige el locker mas cerca del cliente y a veces cambia lo que elijas. 3. El cliente no puede elegir su locker y aveces cuando ve los precios que envia.cpm. propone deja de comprar.

Excelente App

La configuración fue sencilla y el soporte cuando lo necesité respondió muy bien. Definitivamente me ha ayudado a hacer mi logística más simple. Muy recomendable.

Great experience, simple integration

The integration is easy, and once it’s set up, it takes care of everything for you. The shipping info, labels, and carrier are all ready to go, so all I have to do is pack my order and print the label. The price calculator for the client can be better to add more conditions but overall It saves me a ton of time and makes the whole shipping process so much smoother.

Overall Good Experience

Easy order shipping features, great customer service, affordable rates, and a helpful account manager who is always available on WhatsApp.

App always defauts to metric and have to manually change it to customary measurments. App then will not save changes and defualt back to metric. Lack of customer support response.

Imposible de configurar

Como siempre, extensión realizada por inu-tiles, no la pueden hacer fácil de manejar? preparaos para perder la cabeza intentando configurar en vuestra web la aplicación de Envía, yo llevo meses intentándolo y sigo llevando los paquetes a mano a la empresa de paquetería más próxima.

Recomiendo - Plataforma totalmente integrada y con diversos recursos

Empecé a desarrollar mi pagina en Wix, e descubri la integración con Envia.com. Después de algunas configuraciones, e con el soporte del equipo de Envia.com, pude empezar a cotizar de forma automatica los costos de envío, e también el seguimiento con las transportadoras. La plataforma tiene muchos recursos y trae una grande visibilidad sobre todo el proceso de cotización, envio y rastreo. Definitivamente, la recomiendo.

NOT Recommend

Live rate is INCORRECT all the time for customers (paying less), then site owner ended up paying for the differential. After numbers of meetings, since they cannot fix the problem, Customer support will not respond the email, Whatsapp, text message, and phone calls. Interface is not working, needed to work with bugs all the time. Now we are using 'Clickship' for Canadian region and it works perfectly. Do not trust these app or people, it looks like the company is formed with 1-2 people works in garage or something.

Terrible Experience

A few months ago I was having trouble logging into the app. I needed to log in to add money to my account so I could send a package. It kept trying to log me into their Mexico based site. Somehow, that site charged a card I was no longer using two $50 charges. Those two charges were never credited to my US account. I was charged an international exchange fee by my credit card company. I disputed the charges as I did not make them and was refunded by my credit card company. I also reached out to Envia and never received a response about the charges. A few months later, I noticed my shipping account was negative. I discovered I was charged to cover the refund to my credit card company. I have spent a lot of time sending documentation to Envia that I never was credited for the two charges, but they keep responding with different dates that I was credited that are not correct and I have those charges documented on a statement. Now my small business is out this money. VERY frustrating!

In the beginning, they'll assist you with everything. Once you start using the app, they will ignore your calls and messages. As of now, we have lost a huge sum of money just because they have not returned the products. They did charge us extra for the returns but then we have not yet received the products. Even though we tried to contact the support team, they have been ignoring us since past one month.

Wouldn't recommend at all

Envia was working fine for first few months but after that there were so many issues. There is no proper customer care support. They have lost my 2-3 parcels till date, recent being 4k Rupees parcel. Their courier network is not really great. Most of the times couriers don't even come to pickup the parcel. I won't recommend them at all. Just disappointed.
