    No puedo integrar el autocotizador

    He hecho todos los pasos pero cuando dejo que Envia se haga cargo de dar los costos de envio de manera automatica en el proceso de compra, me sale un error diciendo: "Lo siento, no hacemos envíos a tu área." y la verdad es que ya hice todos los pasos que mencionan en su video de integración con Wix. Me gustaria que alguien pudiera ayudarme ya que vi que al parecer tengo que crear una regla en la página de Envia.com pero no encuentro la información necesaria. Gracias.

      Yes, you can generate labels in Canada, the carriers are listed on our website. For more information please contact partners@envia.com and we will forward your request to the appropriate country.

    All your order and info will be imported to their website

    install the app and had everything set up, all order, products, and data from wix will be import to their website. Then trying to get a quote for shipping but they said it is out of their service area. I live in LA california not like rural area that they can't service. So I don't know but I feel unsave having all of my info imported and can't get a shipping quote from them to start shipping. update: Was not able to get a quote for the packages i usually ship with UPS but find out because my packages is bigger in dimension and their system have a limit of 70 lbs max dimension calculation. However I was able to ship those packages at other company. So that mean this app won't be a good fit for my company and any company that have large dimension or weight.

      Hello, thank you for your review. We are with courier providers to increase our weight limit. We just increased the weight limit to 800 lbs. We do have services available in LA, a rep will contact you for further assistance.
