It doesnt work for me
I got support; they told me what to do here and there, but sadly, it didn't work. I got my money back.

Hi Luisa, Thank you for updating the review, but “it didn’t work” still skips the main detail: the app itself is working. It rendered, it can be set to full screen, and it has presets/settings specifically so users can adjust the effect to their website. What didn’t work was finding the exact visual style you wanted quickly enough. We provided support, recorded a setup video, explained the settings, shared the preset playground, and even helped with a softer golden preset direction for your site. After that, you received a refund. So this was not a case of a broken app taking your money and disappearing into the fog. A visual effects app is a bit like a microwave with settings: if the food is not cooked exactly how you imagined after one attempt, it does not mean the microwave is broken. Feature is cool- But customer service is the reason for the review change!
Unfortunately I had to pay for the service to fully test it on the site in the ways that we needed it- HOWEVER upon running into some issues the support team for this application were above and beyond helpful to ensure any issues we had moving forward could be solved in a super timely manner! I highly recommend this application just for the ability to reach out to support and their incredible help and care into making sure their product works well!

This app is AMAZING
all my users love the unique and fun colors of the app! my only complaint is that sometimes it glitches or makes it difficult to make changes to my site by getting in the way.

Love the style but can't get it to work!
This is amazing! Love your work and can't wait to get it on my website! But for some reason once I click open app after downloading nothing else happens. I can't add it as an element either. Can you provide any help? Thanks in advance

So smooth
I love it! My only problem is that it ends with the section and the color-burn effect limits it to certain colors. But it is a very cool one.

You’re right about the section limit and color-burn quirks in version 1 (It has been designed specifically for dark backgrounds), but good news: the app has a full-screen mode, plus a new widget option that works just as well on both light and dark backgrounds, so those color issues are no longer a problem. And we didn’t stop there - version 2 goes beyond with extra effects, a sleep mode, and more impressive animations to play with.
