Necesita mejorar mucho aun.

Una lastima, la instale pensando que podría ayudar pero no a sido así, intente enseñar indicándole que no diese precios, que no gestionara pedidos, tampoco presupuestos, que solo diera información basada en la web y en las ordenes establecidas grabadas, pero no hacia caso. El fallo es que aun con esas directrices seguía sacando presupuestos, gestionado pedidos y lo peor que los precios los sacaba de otros artículos o incluso ofrecía artículos que ni siquiera estaban en el catalogo dando la posibilidad de venderlos, si relacionados con la web pero no en el catalogo (Ejemplo, nosotros no tenemos rosas naturales de color azul y la IA ofrecía que si teníamos sacando los precios de otros artículos, incluso ofrecía entregar en fechas donde ponía claramente en la web que estaba cerrado y aun así daba fechas de entrega y eso que tenia la directiva de no gestionase pedidos. Seguramente en un futuro mejore pero hasta que eso no ocurra no puedo exponerme a tener una IA sin ese control.

Spent ages trying to get this to appear on my website in the first place, took 3 attempts before the widget finally appeared. Editing it has been a bit of a struggle because you can't preview the message bubbles or anything while you're making changes. So I have to publish and view it on my live site to see what my design changes have done. But then when I finally got all that sorted, I found out that the messaging functionality doesn't even work properly! When I respond to a message from my Wix Inbox, the customer can't see the response until they refresh the webpage. They will be long gone by that point and defeats the whole purpose of having a chat feature on my website. Removing the app, far more hassle than it should be.

Not HIPAA Compliant

This has been a very frustrating experience. The Wix Chat was HIPAA Compliant and we were able to respond to clients, but once I was forced to upgrade to Wix Smart Chat, we were no longer able to respond to potential clients because the app isn't HIPAA Compliant. Now we are left with no chat features for the site. Very disappointing.

wix smart chat is not very smart

cant delete old indexed pages that no longer exist. cant even create rules or exclude pages because the pages i want to exclude no longer exist, yet the old pages and even links appear in the data coverage. data coverage even lists the pages that have already been indexed even though they no longer exist. i wish you could just select the indexed pages and simply delete them from the list, but according to wix help you just cant do that, which is extremely bizarre.

It's insane that the first step for using it is to INSTALL it, only then, when it's already on my website, to customize the chat flow and all the rest. Annoying.

Perdi tempo instalando e configurando o chat, para descobrir ao final de tudo, que ele não aprece no site. É inútil como muitos dos apps disponíveis no Wix, independente do plano pago, só mais um app contabilizado que não tem aplicação efetiva.

I don't even know how it appeared on my site and there is no way to get rid of it.... fustrating.. stay away from it until they sort a more friendly and intuitive way to manage it unless you wan to spend hours of useless time with it

It lacks the basics

When I click "Settings" in the editor there is an empty blank pop-up where you don't have any option. And you can not change the field names in the manual version. Is this work still in progress? Why release empty apps like this one if it ain't working at all properly?

Horrible just like Wix Harmony

Complete and utter garbage APP. Horrible compared to the previous live Chat that I used and enjoyed. I wanted to upgrade my site and did not realize and or know what Harmony was and I'm stuck now. Live Chat was a major part of my website and this new Smart Chat sucks. It will not update any texts I have placed, It forces AI garbage even in Manual Mode. Wixs AI (harmony, everything wix AI) is horrible. I would not bother with this. Similar to the Aria AI wix did a horrible job in the AI portion. I would not get it. I did everything I could to get this to somewhat work like the previous live chat it is just awful.

The app had a bug initially, but contacted support and they resolved the issue with the app.

Annoying!!

I wish you could turn off the notifications that says how many visitors were visiting the site. All the unnecessary bell notifications pop ups telling us what we already know is annoying!!🤬 We don't want to disable the notification when a visitor enters the site, we just don't want the bell notification telling us every 10 minutes how many there were!!
