Hi guys! I was reading the reviews and honestly felt a little sad seeing so much negativity, so I decided to leave some positive feedback. 😄 I've been using Wix AI Site Chat on several client websites, from simple informational sites to online stores with 500+ products, and I'm genuinely very happy with it. It saves time, answers common questions, and helps visitors find information faster. Looking at some negative reviews, I often feel that people expect AI to work perfectly without proper training. In my experience, good setup and instructions make a huge difference. My main concern is multilingual support. The chatbot can sometimes struggle when switching between languages, which is frustrating for international businesses. I also noticed that the chat occasionally identifies bots as real visitors and sends notifications about them. Thankfully, this has become much less common recently. Good luck to the team! 🚀

Went from GREAT to HORRIBLE
I got a new iphone and redownloaded the app. NOW i do not get sit visitors like i did before. The new update sucks!!! please switch it back.

No mobile visibility
The chat is great! Unfortunately I cannot find it on our mobile version at all. It appears only on the desktop version. What should I do?

Thanks for the feedback - glad to hear you like the chat! On mobile, the chat is shown via the Quick Action Bar (QAB). To enable it, please open your site in the Editor, switch to Mobile editing mode (using the mobile icon in the editor header), and then add the Quick Action Bar. From there, you can choose to show the AI Chat as one of the actions on mobile. Once the QAB is added and enabled, the chat will appear on your mobile site. We’re continuing to improve the mobile setup flow to make this clearer.

Mobile Device Visibility
Hi I need an help. it appears okay at desktop. But on mobile, it disappears everytime I click it. I already tried to clear cache or use other mobile or incognito.

Not useful enough.
It basically will read some information from your site and try to summarize that to the customer. But it can't integrate with Wix Booking so doesn't even know your services and can't even send your customers to your booking calendar. Seems like it would just frustrate customers.

If the AI isn’t mentioning a specific service, please double-check that the service is published and visible on your site. AI Chat
Do not use this. It told my potential clients that I did not provide the service they were looking for (which I do) or gave them totally innappropriate information. Very bad, I lost at least 10 potential clients, that if I had spoken to them, I would have turned into a sale and profit. We really don't need this kind of thing happening to us right now DO WE????!!!!

Si te refieres a desinstalar Wix AI Site Chat y quitar el logo de tu sitio, puedes hacerlo así: Entra al back office de tu sitio (panel de control de Wix) Ve a “Administrar aplicaciones” (Manage Apps) En la lista, busca “AI Site Chat” Haz clic en el ícono de tres puntos (•••) al lado Selecciona “Eliminar aplicación” (Delete App) Con eso, el logo y el widget desaparecerán del sitio. Si necesitas ayuda adicional, estamos aquí para ayudarte.

I have an Issue
I can not open the App too. I see no Chat Button on my website. If I want to delete the App to try to reinstall it says there is a Button I first need to delete. But I can not find it. Maybe you can take a Look at this issue? Edit: Found the Problem everything works fine know :D

Just a quick tip for the future: if you ever want to delete the app, you can do that directly from the Editor — just right-click on the chat widget and select "Delete". Works Fairly well
I have a considerably large site with around 3100 pages of content. It works and responds fairly well. Once installed you have to wait for 24-48 hours for it to go over your content and train itself. My website is in not in English and the language is not listed as the supported languages, yet it understands and responds even to the most informal prompts. Well done

If you train it correctly it works fine

I love the AI chat!
The ai chat is now live for some weeks and I really get great responses from the ai to our customers willing to learn to play the guitar, it takes all the information from my website and shows it directly to the customer. Perhaps because we have over 10.000 (dynamic) pages and over 1000 blogpost with information it has a lot to choose of. I do not know who it works if you have a flat (less content) pages. Br Jan

Works Great For My Business
This works great for my business. I had a hard time using in the beginning but you really need to invest the time and effort to train it. Once it is properly trained it will do what you want it too. Invest the time and you will see the it work. Linking pages from your site also helps, and be very specific.

Thank you very much for the feedback We do indeed highly recommend teaching the AI about topics that do not necessarily appear in the site's data, so it can respond in a more humane and, above all, more accurate manner. In the near future we will introduce further improvements that will make the AI training process easier, but in our opinion there is no substitute for AI training. Just like when you hire a new employee for your business 🙂

I sure appear to have messed up adding this
So even though I never enabled it, it wouldn't let me chat with my members through the wix studio app anymore it was greyed out and instead said add ai chat assistant.....then it doesn't let me delete the app it says to delete it from the editor which i did and now I don't see it anywhere but randomly the AI assistant is appearing next to members icons and not letting me chat with them still, not very "intelligent" at all!

Thank you for writing to us The AI Chat Assistant is currently in beta, and we are collecting feedback, or any suggestions for improvement. Unfortunately, the AI Chat Assistant is not supported in the Wix studio yet. Therefore uninstalling the app in Wix Studio may not be supported. However, we recommend the following steps: 1 - In the Dashboard, get in the the apps manager, on the 'AI Chat Assistant app' row, choose the option 'Delete' (under 3 dots option) 2 - It will message you with button 'go to the editor' - click on it 3 - In the editor it will open a message "choose why you want to delete" - Choose what suits you, and click 'Delete' button. 4 - After you delete the app, please publish your site.

The widget works great, but it has a serious problem: it doesn't allow you to disable the "Show on all pages" button, which means I can't use it when I really need it.

I like it but
It isnt scanning the forum for information. Most of the information on crisis awareness is in the forum in different posts and comments. Is there anyway you can implement the ability to scan forum posts and comments for relevant information?

Works great!
The app works very nice and is very easy to work with. Only thing I would like to see added is that the assistent can also give answers with links that direct to a relevant page on my website. And of course that it will be available in more countries, but since it is still a beta version, this limitation is very understandable :)

One small issue is that when the ai responds it also puts the same message into the members chat coming from the main admin account so there is a ding twice from the ai and the chat
