    Great Customer Service!

    Ready to Ship customer service was great! Nathan helped me immediately with all the questions I had. He helped me set up everything to use Ready to Ship with my Wix Store. Having an Australian online store myself going with an Australian based shipping software like Ready to Ship was so much better, as their customer service was working during normal business hours (Australian Eastern Time) so by the time I needed support, they were available. Not like other Shipping softwares available on Wix (that I used previously) and was super disappointed because they were unable to help me as they're based in other countries with the time difference, they weren't available when I needed help. Very happy to use Ready to ship and being able to use Mypost Business account, using my own Auspost rates directly without any issues :)

Other features include order management, postcode validation, deferment, edit shipping address, customs info and more.
