    Orders not going through - Email does not work - Possible Scam site

    Linked our site to their website, first order placed and it has not gone through. Have auto payments setup and credit and shows products are linked so unsure what the tech issue is. Tried emailing company and get bounce back saying email does not exist, there's no number listed on their website and no-one responding via chat bot. Seems suuuuuper scammy and maybe WIX shouldn't be integrating with sites they haven't verified first.

    Limited Workability

    I expect PODs to be easy for people to use, allowing them to design their works using a template. This app isn't nearly as user-friendly as it should be.

    Unsure if its the one

    The editing service is basic and easy enough. However, when adding a print with all over color you still cannot change the color variation to match the print you upload. For example, the background of my print in red. All items I add it too I want to be "red." I cant add this variation in two fifteen and if I replace it in WIX it doesnt connect the order to two fifteen and you are left with paid orders that arent fulfilled. Additionally, today (a saturday) the two fifteen website is down. This makes me nervous should someone be placing an order today. I can't review my balance on their site to make sure I have enough funds to pay for an order if its placed. These are a few warning signs for me as a new user.

    Awesome App!

    I've tested MOST of the Print on Demand Apps available on WIX and 215 is DEFINITELY one of the best in terms of the user experience and product quality. Now if only they offered hats!!!

    There's better apps out there

    The design studio was hard to use. I improved my image resolution and quality several times, trying different settings but it still said the ppi was bad and looked bad too. I couldn't find any help to fix this issue so I moved on to a different app

      Hi im sorry that you had issue getting your files ready for printing. Our product builder gives a quality score of 1-300 on the ppi of all images uploaded.
