A miserable app geared solely towards persuading you to upgrade
You should know before installing this app that it is unusable unless you buy the upgrade level that corresponds to the number of reviews on your Booking.com listing. There is no function to import fewer reviews, recent reviews, etc. You can delete reviews individually (it takes ages) to bring the number of reviews down to the number in your plan - but next time it imports it will bring them all in again! Oh, and it starts downloading with the oldest first, and when it reaches your plan limit it stops displaying - so in my case it displayed 75 old reviews, but none of the most recent ones. So everything is about upgrades - not about providing decent functionality. Finally I asked for a refund of what I had paid for an app I cannot use - and was told I couldn't have one as the app was working as intended. What a miserable company!

Hello, We are very sorry to hear that you did not have a positive experience. You actually can have old reviews not show on your site - you simply don't approve them after the import! The pricing is geared towards allowing hosts that are starting out the lowest price possible - we don't think it's fair for someone that just starts out and has 0 reviews to pay the same amount as you, an experienced host.
