    I just started using the app.

    I may be missing something. But I wish that I could adjust the photo that goes into the poster. The image that it captures is not very usable.

    I will give them a 2 and here's why

    I want to give them a 2 and heres why. I purchased a premium account minutes after writing support and began playing with this app while messaging support simultaneously for 5 hours (absolutely no exaggeration on time.) They took large gaps in between and were not consistent on keeping me up to date on progress. I started to fall asleep because of both the process and my long day from my main job. I never did get an answer that night. after work I checked my chat and realized that the issue was one that some one could have fixed within minutes of writing me. Not only that it still was not working. I had to do additional steps to complete the process. I also discovered that they had posted what I thought should be private information from our private tech support chat to a public site. I was confused and a bit disheveled. Between service and resolve time were a 1 in my heart. Needless to say It's working now (over 24hours later) and that is why they received a 2 from me.
