    the most incompetent people

    These people cannot figure out how to communicate efficiently. We have been struggling to integrate my bookings with them for weeks and they keep saying the same things over and over. They lied to me, misspelled my business, etc.

    Customer Disservice is a better title

    I have worked with three different people in an attempt to get my classes listed, and it has been the worst experience ever! We have been trying to get our classes listed even when we spoke to a supervisor, in all cases the customer service has failed. We were promised all this great service and it has actually damaged our business more than helping. We have been at it for 4 months now and we still haven't had one class listed. The biggest loss is the time we put in speaking to people there and we still have no useful response. The supervisor has not responded to my emails for over 3 weeks now and the entire cycle seems to have been a lost cause. Beware!!!

    HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Classpass is not showing my services and apologies and says they will fix and never do its been2 months! no customers.

    Customer service Via Chat is horrible. Nearly impossible to get a live person to help

    I am not happy at all. I have been trying to resolve a matter for 5 days going 7 by Monday. Ive made several attempts to get assistance with simply integrating a cycle classes that did not integrate during the process. Your process of chat support does not work. No one knows how to help. Then they escalate and you get people who text you back and say they would love to help but send you their schedule with no availability until the following week.

    I have tried to leave you. I'm still getting notifications AFTER getting a message saying you will cancel my agreement. Your company never paid us for drop ins. I am done and I would say it's not you, it's me, but it's TOTALLY you. Forget us, you have 0 authority or ownership to make me stay with you.

    It's OK

    Nice marketplace but it took more than a month to get my Wix schedule back on classpass after not showing all classes for months and all together for a month. Disappointment that it took more than a month to get resolve. Partner support needs improvement clearly if you read other reviews.
