Disappointing customer service
Ive been trying for weeks to get hold of some decent customer service and there responses are just pointless, they have clearly not read my issue before responding, thewn i end up trying to clear up the situation before having to wait a week for someone to respond!!

Absolutely pointless!
I deleted and created 3 Teemill accounts through the Wix app after deleting my existing Teemill account and none of them connect to Wix! I am now out of email addresses and officially give up.

Have to make a switch.
We were so excited to work with a company that has a vision like TeeMill's! Even though they are an overseas manufacturer and administrative headquarters, being an American, that is nothing new for me (conceptually.) However, I have tried to get assistance multiple times on syncing the TeeMill account to the Wix site in regards to currency conversion. The app simply changes the £ to a $, and that doesn't work since when somebody pays $1USD for a product, we get charged £1GBP ($1.27). That's a 25% loss we are taking on every product, not to mention shipping time and tracking issues, and the hassle of returns and exchanges. We would never make a profit! Which goes against the idea of having a business. We wanted to be a good-hearted business, but it can't work that way. I understand the UK is about a thumb size version of the USA, but those miles matter! Therefore, we're out.

Don't Offer Tracked Shipping
Great brand that really has sustainability down. However, I can't use them as they don't offer tracked shipping which means I can't sell on the major platforms. So sad.

I created the Teemill account through the WIX app here but the product that I have created is not automatically synced to the WIX Store. I have sent feedback at the Teemill store, and I am still waiting for the reply too... Appreciate your kind assistance from here.

Potential POD Company
It's been an experience compared to other POD companies. Love they have "organic" and other eco-friendly options but not a great option for U.S. / North America..yet. Maybe over time they will get there. I hope they do.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a review for our Wix integration. We have our first US factory opening in November 2023, so that should greatly improve the experience and delivery times for customers in North America :)

Great support for sustainable clothing
We have been working with Sam and the support team at Teemill to get two different Wix/Teemill connections set up. The support is great, always an answer for any questions. Knowing that we can sell merchandise that isn't part of the fast fashion problem is amazing!

Amazing sustainability credentials
Quick and easy set up but the best part is that this app is miles better than others when it comes to sustainability. Every product has a little QR code in the label that customers can scan to send stuff back so it doesn't go to landfill which is a great concept and is a built in whole marketing message I can work with. Would love to see more products becoming available later on but I'd take the dedication to sustainability over a massive range of random products any day. Also the fact that they give you access to loads of free designs for your t-shirts is awesome, takes the cost out of hiring a designer etc if you're not a big artist yourself (which I am not!). Only thing I'd improve is a wider range of settings for the mockup feature but you can still get by on it without needing to resort to Place It.

Need to create a new Tee-Mill store? WHY?
I have a T-Mill store and pro subscription already and it wants me to make a new store. Why? Love Tee-Mill but this is daft.

Hey, due to the way that the Wix integration operates it is not possible to link up with an existing Teemill store. We understand the frustration but it's just not possible due to the different way the two systems work. The Wix integration is really intended for users looking to use Teemill as a print-on-demand partner for their existing Wix site rather than for existing Teemill stores. If you would like to permanently convert your existing Teemill store to a Wix integration store we can help with this though, email us at hello@teemill.com and we can get one of our engineers to assist

Teemill: Revolutionising Sustainable Fashion - A Comprehensive Review
I give only 4 starts because the app was just lunched on Wix and are few things to do to make it better. Are few things missing like: "Fulfilled by" on Wix products dashboard is empty, no notification when the order was despatched (so you don't have any visibility on the orders), and for some products not all pictures are loaded onto website even if you can see all pictures on the Wix dashboard. No ability to select the collection where to upload the product straight from Teemill dashboard, so you need to do the job twice. To connect the app is straight forward, nothing to say about that. Regarding the Teemill products, mockups, delivery and packaging, overall I am happy with these. The quality of products is good, but not too many variants to chose from, the packaging is very good and sustainable. The mockups are not the best quality and can be improved. The delivery is good. No ability to put your logo on package. Overall, I am happy with Teemill but the app must be upgraded.

Print on demand made easy
As someone not who hasn't built a website before, I found this app very simple to use all my products appeared in my wix store within minutes, at any point I got stuck the teemil team were happy to help and solved the issue, teemill itself is great to use plenty design options to choose from & the t-shirts feel amazing, thanks from Barbarian breed clothing

Really easy to use, great choice of mockups and love the ethos
Loving the app integration into Wix. It's really use to use and designing the garments is super easy. Had a couple of samples arrive the other day and really happy with the print quality, garment quality and also the sustainable packaging used. My customers are going to love it!

Unable to finish the installation
i already had an account on teemill with another mail then the one i use für wix.com. Starting to install the app to integrate my teemillshop onto my website meant, i should create a new teemill account. when i canceled it, i got tothe login-section when hitting the install-button again. But the Wix-App-Store tells me, the installation isn't finished. When i press the button to finish it, i get sent to a teemill-site that starts loading, then closes its self and i get kicked out of the wix-app-store. this isnt acceptable!

Great product and easy to use
So far I am very pleased with the app. Perhaps a bit more expensive than other print on demand services. But I am sure me and my customers don't mind paying for a more sustainable alternative.
