   Hello, Thanks for sharing your honest opinion, we truly appreciate it! We do our best to make the setup process as easy as possible for all integrations. However, it's important to keep in mind that there are limitations from the side of the platform due to which, it's not always possible to set up the shipping or other settings exactly as they are on our side. For Wix, we'd usually suggest using ''Rate by Weight'' shipping calculation as you can assign an arbitrary weight for products that have similar costs to our shipping rates. You can also choose to offer free shipping and add our flat rates into your pricing or use the other options you mentioned. We'll make sure to pass your feedback along to our Team so we can keep it in mind when thinking about possible future updates! In Printful we charge you for the fulfillment of the orders as we are a white-label company and we don't contact your customer and we don't receive any money from them. In Printful we don't have transaction fees and our product prices include the free mockups, cliparts, design generator and 24/7 customer support. Some product variants are out of stock from time to time and we constantly evaluate each product in our catalog and sometimes have to make the decision to stop offering some of our products. The most common discontinuation reasons are: The product variants are slow-selling and unpopular There’s a high damage rate Our suppliers are discontinuing the product Our suppliers have unreliable stock However, this means that we have the chance to offer new products and variants as well.    Hi there, Thank you for your review, we really appreciate hearing from you! We are very sorry to hear that your experience with our services has not been the most positive! When an order is placed in your store, it imports into Printful - two separate transactions happen. The first one is between you and your customer where the customer's payment goes directly to you or the payment processor you use for your storefront. The second transaction happens when the order imports into Printful and we charge you for the order from the payment method that you have added to your Printful account. We were unable to find you in our system, but would love to gather more information on your experience!    Hey, there! Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear that the sample product didn't meet your expectations. We are working on opening up a fulfillment center in the UK by the end of the year but until then, your orders will be fulfilled at the closest fulfillment location to the delivery destination. Posters are packaged in triangular tubes and for bulk orders, we won't be able to individually package each poster unless you place an individual order for each poster. We appreciate your feedback and hopefully, we can offer a more customized approach to bulk orders.

   Hi, thank you for your review! When connecting Printful with an existing Wix store which has products in it already, the products will not be automatically synced in Printful. This is because our system cannot know which items and designs you would like to use for the product fulfillment. Therefore, the products will have to be either manually synced (through Printful -> Stores -> Sync -> Edit -> Choose product) or they can be added from Printful directly (through Printful -> Stores -> Add). In case you have many products, it is recommended to add them from Printful to Wix as this will be a faster approach than manually syncing every product.
