wacked company.
I'm a person trying to start up a ministry and I have folks signing up for my daily emails. I was looking for an automated solution when I came across this app. This is the response I got for trying to use a service to help automate my own emails. for a company who markets themselves as a marketing company I had to dig their direct email response out of my own "junk mail" folder and that was their RE: reply email. "Hi Jaime, Thank you for your interest. Sorry we have to reject your application for sending because we only accept stores with some volume of ordering history Thanks, Ryan from OnVoard"

Sorry for the incovenience. The problem with your account is that we don't have much history on how you are delivering emails and this is a major risk. Everyday we get more spammers than actual valid email senders. We have 100+ merchants sending emails and a single spammer would ruin deliverability for all of them. That's why if we are not confident about the legitimacy of a sender, we would rather not earn the money. There are other platforms we are lax on this, but the end results is that everyone's deliverability suffers and all emails goes to spam folder. In the past we're less strict and it was a painful lesson. Because we let some spammers in and they ruin deliverability for everyone. End up many legit email senders had their mails went into spam folder and we practically failed them. At the end of the day, we need to ensure deliverability and the only way to do so is to have very tight controls in our senders. Support tickets email that went into spam are handled by Zendesk

It is okay but has weird querks
Every time we install the reviews, it uninstalls. why can't it stay installed? why are we being charged for something that is not even staying installed?

Thank you for your feedback! I have identified the issue. It's because our reperks app is overwriting credentials for this app, thereby causing connection issue. Just pushed a fixed and this should be resolved! Thanks, Ryan from OnVoard
