    It's nothing more than a link

    Clicking on this just redirects you to facbook messenger. It does not actually work in the window on your website. You may as well just put a button to redirect them to facebook.

Yes, this widget does act as a bridge of sorts that connects your website with Facebook in a quick way, without additional coding.
