I´ve been using Chatway for a couple of days and the experience has been great so far. The live chat works really well. Realy good option for small businesses.

Fantastic addition to my site!

I recently added the Chatway AI Live Chat app to my site, and it resulted in a sale just two days later! I tested it out to make sure it could answer a variety of questions, and it did really well, including gauging when to escalate to a human response. I love that it generates an email to my inbox, as the native chat did not do that, and I struggled to stay connected with folks as a result due to the fact that I am the only one monitoring chat on my site. Great product!

For some reason, I could not get it to work on my computer. But after using it for Live Chat with Patrick, He went out of his way and showed me that it worked on desktop and mobile devices. I use Duckduckgo and Chrome. But it must just be my computer. All of the settings in the Chatway app are great! It gives you flexibility of assigning team members to certain chats and issues as well as let you chime in during an AI chat. I heard they have just started the app and I approve 100%. - FOX TAYLOR

Just started using chatway to help a friend with a website. It is one of the best I have seen to handle multiple communication chnanels in one or multiple inboxes. I was able to setup the Whatsapp, Instagram, SMS and live chat easily.
