    No live cusotmer service available. Its chat only

    I love Wix. Great customer service and a live support person. With Omni Send no one live. Good luck trying to work with a chat bot

    Seemingly reasonable features but too difficult to uninstall

    I decided I didn't need this after I learned more about the features already provided by my Wix plan. After searching on the app itself and online for how to disable it, I finally had to contact customer service. After multiple emails, they are telling me that after six months of lack of use, it will be disabled. This is after I asked them to disconnect Omnisend from my site. Now I have to email them *again* and tell them to disable it now so it will stop sending emails. I regret having installed it.

      Hello! Thank you for your review and sharing your experience! We're sorry to hear about the situation you were in. Uninstalling Omnisend from your website is pretty straightforward. You can delete it straight from "Manage Apps" section on Wix. Hope this helps.
