Regarding your concerns about pricing, it’s important to note that our SMS rates are set by our provider, which is currently $0.15 per SMS for Croatia. We understand that this might be a bit challenging. As an alternative, if you frequently send emails to your clients, you might consider upgrading to our Pro Plan. With this plan, you automatically receive free SMS credits equivalent to your subscription cost. For example, if you subscribe for $59 per month (the price depends on your audience size), along with unlimited email credits, you’ll also receive $59 in SMS credits, which could help offset the costs based on your sending needs.     Great for batch sends, haven't figured out automations yet

    When contacts get synced from Wix to Omnisend, they come over not opted in to email and SMS. Is there a way to bring them over as subscribed?! I see no settings or field mapping on the wix side...

Regarding the issue of contacts syncing from Wix to Omnisend, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. It's important to note that contacts transferred from your Wix bookings site to Omnisend have a non-subscribed status. This means you can't send promotional content to them without their explicit consent, as they only opted in to receive information related to their booking.     Amazing APP but I can't use

    The application is amazing, but I can't use because: I can't change the European time sms and emails for 24 hours and not the AM/PM. Im from Portugal and my clients don't use that hour format Fix SMS and emails language for months in Portuguese, my clients are receive the month in English. Thanks
