SMS Blast puts your message on the one screen your customers always check. Text messages get read more than email, so send an SMS blast to your whole contact list or to one segment, and let automatic SMS notifications keep you and your customers up to date. SMS marketing campaigns. Write your text message, greet each contact by first name, import phone numbers from your site Contacts or add them yourself, target a group with Contact Labels, preview the message on a phone screen and send your bulk SMS campaign. Recipients can reply STOP to opt out. SMS alerts for you. Get a text when a new Stores order comes in, a Booking is created, rescheduled or canceled, an Events ticket is sold or a Form is submitted. Switch each alert on or off, edit its wording and send it to up to 2 phone numbers, so no order goes unnoticed. SMS notifications for your customers. Remind clients of upcoming Bookings with up to 2 SMS reminders at the times you choose, confirm orders and shipping, and confirm form submissions by text. Customers show up on time and always know what happens next.

They took my money and won't let me use the app
Told me their carriers don't allow gun training facilities to use their platform. but thus far they have not refunder me!!

Hello, This is the 2nd time that you've upgraded the app, and we told you that sms marketing can't be done in the area of guns. You've upgraded a few months, and we refunded the payment at that time - we mentioned that this is in breach of our terms of use. Now a second time you've upgraded and tried to send sms marketing related to guns. When we approached you, it was mentioned that you "forgot". A refund is pending. Please do not attempt to upgrade a 3rd time - this is in breach of terms of use. Thank you

Overpriced $1 per SMS.
You can get same service elsewhere for 5 cents per sms. I would strongly advocate the owner of the app to be reasonable. I moved on to other services.

Nerve contact their online customer service to buy a plan
Somehow, for whatever reason, the customer service kept telling me the plan was $25 USD/month, but it actually was showing $10AUS / month in the WIX app store. Almost got scammed.

Anyone reading the other reviews can 100% verify that you are saying is not the case. We asked you to provide proof of business incorporation + ID because you were attempting to ask for social security numbers via SMS. You didn't want to provide the documents and posted a review.

why would I pay for text messages when I could just send them myself. ABSOLUTELY NO CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE UX - INTERFACE DOESNT SHOW YOU WHERE TO COMPOSE A NEW MESSGE, DEAR WIX. DID YOU ACTUALLY VET OUT THIS COMPANY BECAUSE IT FEELS LIKE ANOTHER .COM SCAM

Too expensive. Not detailed in user options.
I can use a similar service online for less than $10 for over 200 texts. This one wanted $30 for the same amount. Additionally, it does not allow for all of the contact list filters. If I want to only chose "subscribed", there is no option. Instead, I have to choose every individual plan and send them to those recipients separately. Over all, too expensive and not convenient enough.

Awful App & Customer Service
the paid plans are very misleading , app lags .. works slow & on top of that the owner/ customer service is horrible & rude .. definitely DON'T RECOMMEND

Hello. You've asked us for a refund telling us that the app "does not work" and that "you have not used it". Upon further investigation we found that you've used all the SMS contained in your premium package. A refund would have been possible if you wouldn't have used all the SMS credits.

Very costly
As per advertisement, its mentioned that promotional message can be limited but normal order message will be unlimited . However after 15 ( as per plan) they will stop sending message. Thats not good .. who will pay 5.34 Euro for 15 Messages

Hello. We're sorry that you didn't have a good experience. Both marketing and notifications consume SMS credits when sending SMS. In our marketing materials, there's no mention that order notifications are unlimited. We send one SMS to inform you of surpassing the subscription limits. Also, please note that Hobby plan has 30 SMS, not 15. Thank you

it did not work
I would not recommend this app. I tried to send a time sensitive sms and it never sent. It remained "in review" status. I reached out through the chat bot and via email for help and have not received a response yet.
