    I want to put our logo in the photo section and it does not give me access to the link we have on our Wix page or from our Facebook ... how can we do it?

    Costos

    Hola, En la pagina WIX publican prueba de 7 días sin costo, pero en su pagina oficial de Elfsight publican que es totalmente gratis hasta 200 vistas / Month. Cual sera el modelo de negocio entonces? Porque en el demo al usar el chat se dirige a un web the whatsapp y no mantiene el cliente en nuestro sitio con el chat de la pagina? Que otros beneficios tiene a parte de dirigir el cliente al mismo whatsapp chat (fuera del sitio)?

      Hola ronniboorla, En primer lugar, tenemos que decir que la aplicación en Wix market y otras aplicaciones en elfsight.com son soluciones completamente diferentes. Las aplicaciones del mercado Wix van con una prueba de 7 días y no tienen vistas en absoluto. Con la forma en que funciona la aplicación Whatsapp Chat, es básicamente una interfaz que conecta su sitio web con WhatsApp. Entonces, cuando hace clic en Iniciar chat, se lo redirige al mensajero de WhatsApp móvil o de escritorio y el chat se lleva a cabo en el lado de WhatsApp. Si tiene otras preguntas sobre la funcionalidad de la aplicación, contáctenos en support@elfsight.com, estaremos encantados de ayudarlo.
