Why not 5 stars?
Is it worth trying? Yes. Is it worth paying for? Yes. Is it overpriced? No, in fact it is slightly underpriced. I gave it 4 stars only because it lacks detailed instructions in the video on exactly how to set it up especially placement. Also, you need to publish your site if you haven't done so yet. Chat support could be better but its not too bad. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. Aside from the tutorial which needs to be redone to be thorough, you won't be disappointed.

The app is easy to use, especially for someone like me who isn't a coder. I would have liked a few more font options and button options (such as rounded corners and borders), but I can live with it. Not working, waist of time
After installing it, and adding it to the website, we keep on getting a message that No Banner Created.

You need to create banner of type "Embedded banner" and then you can add to app block. Else top/bottom banner will be added to app block automatically. Please follow this video tutorial: https://youtu.be/DeKwodSEQm4?si=bsApv-UjFJhsqK7O&t=225
