helpful support agents but autods sourcing cn needs more things
their clarification and explanation was very simple to understand and they can get tech issues that prevented me from using autods properly fixed in less than 4 days overall very good but I wish their autods ds sourcing cn supports custom packaging and their private suppliers to have faster shipping options like offical dhl.

This is extremely frustrating, I have done all the troubleshooting and when I am following up, I get the very generic scripted response "Our developers are aware and are actively trying to resolve the issue"! They should fix this bug BEFORE allowing paying customers sign up for something that currently doesn't work!!!

Amazing Platform and Customer Service
AutoDS is very straightforward to use, the whole website interface is simple and easy to navigate; you won't get lost. You don't need to worry about doing everything yourself as AutoDS makes sourcing products, importing goods, fulfilling orders, monitoring the price/stock of items, and managing an online business so easy due to it's automation features! On top of that, "Orin" the AutoDS AI agent is easily accessible, along with a full AutoDS support team that are both very helpful if you ever encounter any issues or need guidance. I experienced an issue with my payments and Catherine S., one of the billing specialists was very helpful in showing me what happened and what I needed to do. She helped me switch my subscription plan back to the one I chose before, she was also very kind and punctual; it did not take a long time until I received helped from her after requesting support from a team member. She did a great job!

Wouldn't recommend. Having issues joining, takes credit card information before even being able to see if the products I need are actually available. The system didn't even allow me to create an account but more than happy to take my credit card details, now having to follow up to ensure that my credit card isn't charged.

Great Customer Service From Merbena
I'd been having some problems uploading a draft on AutoDS, first time using the app so getting used to the platform. She made it very easy to navigate and was very prompt in her responses to my query. Not all CS I've had on platforms have been as good as this so I truly appreciate it. Great apprciation to Merbena!

please help
im trying to set this up on wix but it wont let me buy a wix plan because it says i need to renew my token or whatever because i used to have it on a very old shopify account but wont let me buy one for wix. keeps pushing me to my old one that i no longer use.

Not a free trial
I paid $0.99 for a "Free Trial" and cancelled the app within a few hours as I realized it wouldn't work for my business needs. Was charged for a full year. Not even on my Wix account or subscriptions since it was already cancelled and having to dispute $608 when it shouldn't even have happened to begin with. Block their payment to go through if you cancel through Wix, because they don't cancel on their end when you end your "free trial"
