    misleading billing practice

    be careful when subscribing to this service. they advertise a monthly subscription, but do not have an obvious way to select the monthly billing option. If you choose the trial there is no option to select the monthly option at the end of the trial and they will bill you for an annual subscription. On their help section they do inform you that there is not an option to change from annual to monthly once you have been charged. However at this point you've already been charged, so there is that. To be fair they do give you an option to cancel the subscription, However, canceling will immediately delete your account no matter how much time you had left on your paid subscription. So CHOOSE THE TRIAL AT YOUR OWN RISK.

    Disappointed so far

    Product core is good. Seems highly functional at a certain level. Unfortunately, product availability for the market we wanted was very limited. Dorina was very helpful and responsive - no flaws there, but we have needed to look elsewhere for suppliers and therefore have no need at present for this app.

    Disappointing Performance

    Every time I went to change an item there would always be an error message associated with the image on the variant. I just went to bulk edit my items to update percent charged and round cents and it gave me an error message on both attempts. I was seriously considering this service to provide retail products to my customers; however, at $30 / month just to use it ($10 higher than listed on the "upgrade" page directed from wix) this isn't worth the hassle. I'm better off starting with another dropshipping service, and using traditional retail methods by having actual inventory to ship. Very sad. I'll be updating my review via wix to reflect this info.
