Monthly charge for a free function
Concern #1: No viable click to cancel free trial. They don't provide a process for it. They referred me to Wix's cancellation process which is buried in the Wix pro account business settings. An aggravating and highly irregular practice compared to all other apps. Concern #2: In the end, all it did was provide a pop-up that sent users to a discord channel. It's NOT an integration interface as it implies. It is just made to look like one using static information that isn't tethered to any data other than what you put in yourself. Bait and switch designed to imitate a feature disguised as a simple URL redirect to a slack DB.
