    bug - Ongoing domain issue – no response received

    Hi, I am writing regarding an ongoing issue with your UpAccessibility app on my Wix website, for which I have not yet received any response. I recently upgraded my Wix site from a free Wix URL to a custom domain: yafitaharontherapy.com However, in the UpAccessibility dashboard, the app is still linked to my old Wix URL (yafitdav84.wixsite.com). I cannot find any option to update or reconnect the site to the new domain. As a result, the accessibility widget and accessibility statement are not functioning correctly on the live site. I have already contacted your support about this issue but have not received any reply, which is quite frustrating, especially since this affects legal accessibility compliance. I would appreciate it if you could: Update my site URL in your system to the new custom domain, or Reset the connection so I can reconnect the app to the correct site.     There are problems with the app

    I tried to access the app, but I got an “Error 0404” message. So, I deleted the app and reinstalled it, and everything worked. However, it didn’t connect the accessibility icon to the website.

    App is not working AGAIN!

    You asked me to update my review because you fixed the app on my site. Well, here we go again—it’s still not working! Perhaps if you provide a permanent fix or at least respond on the same day, I’ll consider updating my review. For now, I hope I won’t have to wait weeks again like before

    Teething issue but great support!

    When I initially purchased this app it wouldn't let me enable it. I emailed the app support and they fixed the problem really quickly - it was an issue on their end which they are working on in general. They sorted this for me quickly and I have had a great response already about the app on my website from my customers.

    Can't turn on App

    Hello, After using 5 day trial on our website, I upgraded my plan to premium but i can not able to manage or access to the app ( it says that i have purchased premium plan but still its disabled on our website. Please help

    Good toolbar and customer service

    The UpAccessibility app is very simple to use. After signing up, the accessible toolbar was automatically added to my Wix webpage. No work needs to be done. If you like you can customize the size of the icon and placement of it. Otherwise that's it. It will appear on your desktop and mobile webpages. It also gives you the option to customize your own "accessibility statement" if you don't want to use their default one. I did have a question and they emailed me back within 24 hours. Email UpAccessibility directly, not Wix if you have any questions about the app. It's been a few a weeks and I am happy with how the app has worked so far.
