    terrible, dont use this one

    didnt work. didnt send test emails, didnt send emails. tried to schedule, didnt do that either.

    The app is straightforward, but functional

    I am new to using this app, but find that it is fairly simple and straightforward for those wanting simple email functions. It is not super easy to navigate between the email apps. I wish all the email marketing functions were under one app, but it is still functional.

    not operational

    I really wanted to like this app. But after working on my email and facing issues at every step of the campaign, from design to adding recipients to upgrades, the email is shown as sent when it wasn't. Despite talking to the support team, it just doesn't work at all. A frustrating waste of time and business deadlines.

    it's terrible

    frustrating, so confused about a campaign that wasn't sent. here's our conversation:Started 29 Jan at 09:45 Customer: still no record not sure about what's going on request (418938) App: Those emails were never sent, since you duplicated a campaign that has already finished sending. Customer: so how can I use duplicate properly? are you still there? App: Yes, sorry. As I'm still talking to other customers.
