Order Invoicer connects your online store to VosFactures so your sales can flow into your invoicing without manual data entry. When an order is placed in your store, Order Invoicer can create a matching invoice in VosFactures, help keep your customer and product records aligned, and reflect refunds as credit notes. The app is built to reduce repetitive work such as CSV exports, copy-pasting between tools, and end-of-month reconciliation. Invoices are prepared using the VAT rates and totals from each order, and new orders are typically processed shortly after checkout, so your store and your accounting can stay closer to in sync. Getting started is meant to be straightforward: install the app and connect your VosFactures account, and the sync then runs in the background — most merchants can set it up without developer help. A 14-day free trial is available, and you can cancel at any time.
