Basic setup customization not working

Just tried to install and use Wix Hotels, but customization is not being saved (and then of course not applied)

Need support. None of the customisation fonction are working. Type is defaulting.

Falhas na integração e suporte inexistente.

O novo app do Wix Hoteis by Hotel Runner apresenta falhas graves na integração com o WIX Premium e sistema geral do site. Plano Superior não é reconhecido pelo app que disponibiliza apenas funções do plano elementar. O desing e apresentação do motor de reservas integrada ao site não responde as correções feitas no editor e em geral fica evidente que passaram a vender o app como benefício antes dele de fato estar integrado corretamente ao sistema WIX, é uma pena pois a proposta e custo benefício da ferramenta é excelente, porém na prática, não funciona e ao falar com o suporte eles não tem resposta, apenas te pedem para esperar. Estou esperando há mais de 10 dias e a resposta segue a mesma: aguarde.

App is not working at all

The application keeps asking for the premium(payd) account while O have one. It has been a week since now. Wix support acknowledged the issue but still it is unusable....

De app blijft in het dashboard maar melden dat je moet upgraden naar een premium account, zelfs als je een premium account hebt. Daardoor kun je maar weinig functionaliteiten gebruiken en is kun je ook geen reserveringen aannemen

Me dice "You have reached your connections limit Some of your connections require immediate attention. To continue managing your rates and availability here, please adjust your channel connections. You can upgrade to a higher premium plan to keep all your connections.", pero ya tengo el plan Business y aún sigo sin poder conectar mi Airbnb. Tampoco veo reflejadas las configuraciones en la website... muy decepcionante

Great name, poor interface

I added this to my site because it seamed that "Wix Hotels" would have the same UX capabilities as every "Wix" app. Not it. I guess you can use but when will the design setting reflect on the published site?

Do not use it

The app keeps asking for a license even though I'm already paying for one. It's been three days already, and I still haven't been able to use it. This has resulted in double bookings and other issues. A nightmare.

Doesn't work

Design changes don't update to live site. Issue has been known since 11 May 2026. Today is 1 July 2026. No fix. No timeline of when it will be fixed. Odd that Wix would let this stagnate. Squarespace here I come!!

Bugs that are not being fixed

I can see that this has been brought up before - Preview and live view (published site!) shows an outdated and defaulted booking widget. This is incredibly unprofessional and nothing is being done about it. My clients are complaining to me, so I must pass this over to Wix. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. UPDATE 3/7/26 - Still has not been resolved, please don't mislead. The design looks like something from early 2000s, and clients are unable to book. Absolute nightmare.

Wix Hotel'i kullanmaya başladığımda yardıma ihtiyacım vardı ve HotelRunner ekibinden de destek istedim. Kendileri gerçekten okadar yardımcı oldular ve süreçte bana destek sağladılar ki daha önce herhangi bir platform veya destek merkezinden alamadığım desteğin kat kat fazlasını burada almış oldum. Hotelrunner destek ekibi olmasaydı bu kadar rahat ve akıcı bir şekilde uygulamayı siteme entegre edip kullanamazdım. Kendilerine tekrar tekrar teşekkür ediyorum iyiki varlar ve iyiki destek oluyorlar güler yüz ve nazik konuşmalarıyla. Destek ekipleri oldukça başarılı ve süreç konusunda müşteriye destek olma konusunda istekliler bu da benim kendilerine karşı hayranlık duymama sebep oldu. Yaşadığım sorunlar haricinde görüş ve önerilerimi de dikkate alarak benimle iletişim kurdular ve bu da benim için oldukça verimli oldu. Çalışan ve destek sağlayan herkese başta Kemal bey olmak üzere sonsuz teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum ve herşey için tekrardan teşekkürler. İyiki varlar :)

Button Color

Why does the color change from one type in the Preview to another type once it's Public? Please fix this as soon as possible. Is there an error on your site? I've been trying to fix this problem for 4 or 5 days now, and it's still not working. There are just too many errors.

Needs updates and customization options

Good that it works, with flaws (for example, no multilanguage option, one language is placed on all versions), but still works. But from the client-side booking menu is outdated and difficult to use, which leads almost to zero conversion. Need either option to use different information styles (not only starting from the calendar, but showing room types, as currently on almost all hotel aggegators), or possibility to edit and change much more details, than just several (not all) text labels.
