Falhas na integração e suporte inexistente.
O novo app do Wix Hoteis by Hotel Runner apresenta falhas graves na integração com o WIX Premium e sistema geral do site. Plano Superior não é reconhecido pelo app que disponibiliza apenas funções do plano elementar. O desing e apresentação do motor de reservas integrada ao site não responde as correções feitas no editor e em geral fica evidente que passaram a vender o app como benefício antes dele de fato estar integrado corretamente ao sistema WIX, é uma pena pois a proposta e custo benefício da ferramenta é excelente, porém na prática, não funciona e ao falar com o suporte eles não tem resposta, apenas te pedem para esperar. Estou esperando há mais de 10 dias e a resposta segue a mesma: aguarde.

The application keeps asking for the premium(payd) account while O have one. It has been a week since now. Wix support acknowledged the issue but still it is unusable....

Werkt niet
De app blijft in het dashboard maar melden dat je moet upgraden naar een premium account, zelfs als je een premium account hebt. Daardoor kun je maar weinig functionaliteiten gebruiken en is kun je ook geen reserveringen aannemen

Me dice "You have reached your connections limit Some of your connections require immediate attention. To continue managing your rates and availability here, please adjust your channel connections. You can upgrade to a higher premium plan to keep all your connections.", pero ya tengo el plan Business y aún sigo sin poder conectar mi Airbnb. Tampoco veo reflejadas las configuraciones en la website... muy decepcionante

Do not use it
The app keeps asking for a license even though I'm already paying for one. It's been three days already, and I still haven't been able to use it. This has resulted in double bookings and other issues. A nightmare.

Doesn't work
Design changes don't update to live site. Issue has been known since 11 May 2026. Today is 1 July 2026. No fix. No timeline of when it will be fixed. Odd that Wix would let this stagnate. Squarespace here I come!!

Bugs that are not being fixed
I can see that this has been brought up before - Preview and live view (published site!) shows an outdated and defaulted booking widget. This is incredibly unprofessional and nothing is being done about it. My clients are complaining to me, so I must pass this over to Wix. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP. UPDATE 3/7/26 - Still has not been resolved, please don't mislead. The design looks like something from early 2000s, and clients are unable to book. Absolute nightmare.

Button Color
Why does the color change from one type in the Preview to another type once it's Public? Please fix this as soon as possible. Is there an error on your site? I've been trying to fix this problem for 4 or 5 days now, and it's still not working. There are just too many errors.

"The" best interface for any web analytics app!

completely outdated and useless
why does wix even bother releasing this app. amenity options are outdated (like dvd players and modem analog internet). bookings are buggy and result in your site showing unavailable rooms when they are available. the design will show different colours on your live site than whats on your editor. just terrible. wix is such a joke

Cant even test to see if it works without paying

Incomplete beta testing
RUN A MILE. DO NOT USE THIS FOR CRITICAL BUSINESS BOOKINGS. I have had multiple tickets escalated to Hotelrunner. It is 12 days...nothing.They're trying but honestly it just feels a bit stuck together with tape and string at the moment. Support is sometimes super quick and helpful and sometimes disappears for days, which isn't great when you're a guinea-pig for the system., so make sure you leave extra time for on-boarding. I wouldn't be dedicating it to mission-critical roll-outs in its current state. The iCal external subscription also appears to be broken and any reservation exports are only in US date format which has caused a lot of confusion with front desk staff, so currently there is no way for front-of-house people to see live reservations (unless we're missing something) without having them be logged in to a wix account and then having manage permissions on the site (there is no 'view only option') so be wary of that too. Hopefully they fix the bugs sooner rather than later.

Komplett ungeeignet für Einsteiger und Einzelunternehmer
Es gibt keinen einfachen Belegungskalender für eine Ferienwohnung oder ich finde es in der Fülle der Funktionen nicht. In der Vorgängerversion war es vorhanden. Meldungen wie: "es sind noch keine Buchungen vorhanden" sind bei Erstellung einer Webseite nicht hilfreich

Worst App
This app has too many bugs. The bugs have created functionality issues, wix added apps without me adding them, and reservations disappearing. This is not acceptable for a business!

i must join to the previous comments, that i was completely fine with the old hotel app, it was not the best, but it was user friendly. Its just one thing that its user friendly or not to me, but the new user interface for my customers are even 1/10. The complete layout is just bad, and i can not modify any important element. Thank god, that i can still use the old one. I am a Customer of WIX for like 3 Years now, or even more, and i was satisfied withe the service. Please do something with this disaster that you call an upgrade, because its just not good. The entire booking system's UI/UX should be designed to drive conversions. Visitors should only see the information that truly matters to them. It needs to feature huge, easy-to-swipe images, a simple and logical calendar, and a seamless booking process.

nicht empfehlenswert
extrem schlechtes Handling für den Kunden, der buchen soll. Die Übersetzungen der Zimmerdetails sind nicht gut ins Deutsche übersetzt und die Rechtschreibung ist ungenügend. Eine Zumutung für den Kunden und denjenigen, der dies dann manuell in der App anpassen muss. Dafür müsste man das Geld erstattet bekommen.

unable to sync and block calendar
I need to synchronize my calendars, i have my listing also on airbnb, booking and expedia, but there is no way to import them into the wix hotels calendar. Also unable to block dates, just not a great app, and i asked ai as there is no human support, and not solutions given...

This app has so many bugs that need to be dealt with, including the fact that i can't add images to my listing. BIG PROBLEM when trying to rent out an entire house.

Hi, I cannot receive notification from mobile app when there is a new reservation. I cannot add new reservation from mobile app. It must be developed accordingly. There is no any automation can be installed to your guests such as birthday email, to receive feedback etc. There is a huge update needed.

Applicazione incompleta e poco intuitiva
Applicazione che in teoria dovrebbe semplificare la gestione delle strutture, ma nella pratica è deludente. L’ho scaricata perché un’amica gestisce una casa vacanze e volevo realizzare un sito, ma l’esperienza è lenta e macchinosa. Oggi ci si aspetta molta più personalizzazione (pulsanti, flussi, gestione camere), ma qui le opzioni sono limitate e poco flessibili. Non esiste una reale integrazione con Wix da smartphone, manca la lingua italiana, e anche un’operazione semplice come prenotare una camera richiede di cliccare su “Mostra tariffe”, un pulsante poco intuitivo e per nulla chiaro, che crea confusione. La gestione di tariffe, disponibilità e promozioni risulta complicata e poco immediata, lontana dalle promesse dell’app. Sulla carta offre sincronizzazione con Booking, Airbnb e Expedia, email automatiche e sconti per gli ospiti, ma nell’uso reale tutto è frustrante e poco pratico. Richiedo modifiche urgenti: l’app non è pronta per un utilizzo semplice, moderno e professionale.

Horrendous
The U/X on this app is horrendous. I've worked in app dev and understand that U/X perception can be somewhat subjective, however, the negative experience exceeds preference for useability. If I could summarize some of the other feedback I see here it would be the need for more granular control over types of rooms, titles, images, availability. Most users are going to want to connect with Airbnb or other providers and this whole process is just clunky. I had high hopes, but pair this with creating an entire site on Vibe and not having the ability to add Hotels -- and then starting over -- to endure this was diabolical. Wix should not be advertising capabilities it can't provide.

Bad experience
I can't upload any photos, which makes the app useless. What a shame, because I'm building a website for a hotel, and since this is the only app for hotel bookings, Wix becomes useless for my purposes.

Quelle perte de temps ... et d'argent ....
J'ai commencé à configurer mes differents hebergements ainsi que differents plans tarifaires , avec le forfait wix essentiel ( anciennement Premium, la aussi on se fait bien avoir... ) vous ne pouvez en faire que 2 (plans) ... bien insuffisant pour mes besoin j'ai donc souscrit à un nouveau forfait (Premium d'aujourdhui ) car bien que l'appli soit mal traduite et un peu compliquée je me suis dit que si j'arrivais à faire ce que je voulais , ça vallait peut etre l'effort et l'argent ... Mais que néni ! quand il s'agit de modifier nombre de nuits minimum ou tarifs par periode rien ne se met à jour ! Bref une belle daube , de gros efforts à faire de la part de wix . Une appli comme ça ça devrait être entierement gratuit ! quelle arnaque ...

TERRIBLE DESIGN, FULL OF BUGS, LITTLE FLEXIBILITY FOR DESIGNS, AND WAS MADE BY SOMEONE WHO DOESNT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HOTELS. AMOUNT OF BEDROOMS IN A SUITE?????? WHAT STUPIDITY IS THAT? IT DOESNT EVEN LET ME ADD THE TOTAL NUMBER OF BEDS IN A SUITE!!!!!!!

Contratei um plano de site do wix site na iminência de uma atualização do qual o gloogle iria fazer na página de reservas do google hotel, acontece que quando de fato as mudanças aconteceram, o wix simplesmente se omitiu, dizendo que eu precisava trocar meu aplicativo de hotel para wix da hotelrunner, feito a troca o site não funciona corretamente, pesado não carrega as informações adequadamente, não tem opção de parametrizar para que o google possa puxar minha disponibilidade e preço pelas informações do site, enfim, ficou inoperante e inútil, um descaso, suporte não existe, falo sempre com um robô ia, tive um grande prejuízo em agosto até encontrar outra solução a qual o wix não forneceu e não fornece, ainda mais com esse aplicativo que não funciona para hoteis. a configuração parece até legal, mas quando o cliente abre o site, nem o básico carrega, o aplicativo ainda me cobra um upgrade como se eu não tivesse contratado no início um site para hotel, vou pagar algo que não funciona?

Pretty poor experience overll
My client has been persisting with this app for over a year, and just does not find it easy or intuitive to use as both an operator or a customer. Numerous drop-outs syncing with Airbnb have resulted in double bookings, and the UX has been pretty poor from the clients perspective as they find it hard to navigate.

SHAME !
I have paid the fee for 5 collaborators however it is limited with 5 room types not collaborators ! It is also not possible to arrange currency with the one ı want ! there are lots of missing datas to setup a hotel !

Horrific interfaces
very hard to use due to poor interfaces and it does not give you the option to use and manage it via the Wix application. Try updating the availability to your property on the desktop version on your phone (which is the only option on the go) it’s just frustrating. Can’t believe I pay money for this.

I have issues every day with Wix Studio and HotelRunner
My aparthotel is in Portugal. I have a completely translated version of my site in Portuguese. But no one can book a hotel room in the Portuguese version. This is costing me money, and HotelRunner has not resolved this issue for the past few months. And that's just the latest in a very long list of issues that I've had to deal with from the start. I am going to have to swtich hosting providers. I have had the worst experience building my site on Wix Studio. Run from this platform.

Extraño la versión anterior
La nueva versión es pésima, repite muchas configuraciones que ya hiciste anteriormente al cargar una habitación, pero si no las vuelves a configurar tienes problemas de carga en el sitio web. Podrían ahorrarse muchos pasos si revisarán que configuraciones se repiten. Luego tienes muchas pestañas para cargar habitación, fechas, disponibilidad, precios, tarifas, etc.. Antes todo lo hacías desde que cargabas la habitación. Otro problema es que todas las configuraciones que haces, de un momento a otro regresan a su versión original y todo el trabajo lo tienes que volver a realizar. Las personas de atención al cliente no conocen a fondo la app y no te pueden solucionar y te envían con soporte para ayudarte. Si cambias el precio de la habitación, no se refleja en el sitio web, tienes que eliminar la habitación y volver a crearla para que funcione, porque es más fácil hacer eso a que soporte te ayude y te resuelva. En fin por querer tener una App más sofisticada, hicieron un mal movimiento.

Oh Dear. This app is absolutely terrible...
Tasked with updating a website for a client, we decided to upgrade the site to Wix Studio in order to future-proof it. I designed a new website from scratch but when we came to launch it, despite my client spending a lot of money to upgrade the site to Studio (too much in my view), the Hotel App is not working properly. I cannot add any more rooms, despite the Premium Plan allowing for unlimited room types. There is absolutely no customer care at all and the app is very, very clunky. Customer service agents are very good at being 'oh-so-understanding' but none of them can actually resolve anything. I keep having to redesign any hotel app elements on the site (calendar / search) and they keep reverting back to default or disappear from the live site. If you are considering the Wix Hotels app, think carefully - your business is dependent on making the correct choice (this isn't it).

Not Liking It Much!

Disheartening
You can only talk to someone via an email. I have tried to get this thing to work and it is cumbersome at best and limited. I will be deleting it and trying a different avenue to support my offerings.

ほんとに意味がわからない
他の人が書いている通りアプリの開発元がWIXからHotel Runnerに変わってかなりひどくなって使い方が全くわかりません。前のアプリでは簡単にできてたものが意味不明でできない。お金を払いアップグレードしサイトデザインを完了して最後に予約システムが使えない…サイトが公開できないという絶望感の中にいます。お願いだから元に戻してください。

Absolutely appalling!
Wanting money for something like this is an absolute mockery. Wix advertises certain features, so I logically expect the app to have them and for them to work. Instead of working, I’ve spent two days dealing only with bugs and the dysfunction of this ridiculous app. Support has no solution and promises a fix within hours to days.

Imposible de Gestionar
Tanto para que los clientes reserven, tanto como para configurar el alojamiento, es complicadisima de manejar. Con la anterior versión de Wix Hotels, era mucho más fácil e intuitiva. No la recomiendo para nada. Espero que lo solucionéis y volváis a poner la app, como estaba anteriormente, antes de este cambio a HotelRunner. Me han tenido que llamar para poder ayudarles hacer la reserva, ya que no podían aclararse, y una vez hecha, les ha contado los días de la semana por dos y se les ha incrementado el precio inexplicablemente.
