    Überhaupt nichts funktioniert wie es sollte.... Seit Stunden bin ich in der Erfassung von einem Zimmer mit einer Belegung Winter/Sommer (unterschiedliche Preise), jedoch wird auf der Seite immer nur angezeigt kein Zimmer vorhanden. Ich verstehe nicht für was ich so viel im Jahr bezahlte wenn nichts funktioniert..

    HOW BAD CAN IT BE - WORSE

    Never used an app that is this royally bad! Wow Wix should have the deceny to withdraw this app from the market and admit that they don't have a viable option for hotels / vacation rentals.

      Hola a todos, Como el sistema todavía está en Beta, por favor, mantenga el Inglés de EE.UU. como idioma principal, independientemente del idioma que desee utilizar. Al añadir un nuevo idioma, no debe eliminar el inglés. Por ejemplo, si vas a añadir el español, todo lo que tienes que hacer es simplemente elegir el español (España) como idioma principal, y eso es todo. Saludos, Wix Hotels by HotelRunner Team

    Better design options and multi language feature

    The app works fine but it's limited to one simple design option, and the multi language feature is not available, yo can translate the content but you can only display or use one language.

      Hi there, The app offers both API and iCal and connections. Under the iCal there are two channels. One is for Airbnb specifically and other one for to add any iCal link to send availability from Wix calendar to the channel extranet.     Awful, cost me $500 in over booking fees

    VRBO only works one way, super helpful! "Customer service" seems to be from one single person, Abel, and it takes 24 plus hours because I am certain they are not located in the same country as me, so our communication took extra long.     The older version is much better.

    The only downsides which the older version had were that it only supported 2-3 payment gateways, and only 1 channel manager (which is the same as the new one). Rest than that it is far better than the new version. It was simple, had a smart design, only information required was visible to the customer, short and easy checkout process, the mobile version (which is much more important than the desktop version) was 100 times better and easier to navigate than the new one, I added the meals in extras (this worked for me), everything else also seemed to work great for me.

    cannot change property type

    I am trying to build a vacation home website, but it does not allow me to select the property type

      Hi there, Here is the solution to your question: To change your property's definition, please follow "Property Setup>Property Settings>Property Info." At the right side of the panel, you will be able to select the description for your property that is more suitable to describe your property. Also, the name of the concepts on the website can be changed from Languages in order to adjust them to any property. Best regards, Wix Hotels by HotelRunner Team

    This app is not multilingual

    This app is a disaster to work with. I want to use it for a bed & breakfast website but this is not available in dutch wich means we cannot use it. Back-end is completely in english and therefore not useful for us.

      Hi there, Since the app is in beta version, the multilanguage versions are not published. The app will support other languages once the full version is launched, but the reservation module can be translated into any language easily by selecting the language that is wanted to be used from "Property Setup>Languages."     Poor Functionality

    I had added this app to my glamping website and there is no functionality within the booking policy (even though Wix says there is on its help section) to block out certain booking months. For example, I want to only take booking in a certain period of the year yet its impossible to implement this... Can you assist please

      Hi there, Thank you for your feedback. Here is the answer to your question. There are two options to proceed with this update. The first one is: From "Property Management," you can block days from "Inventory Calendar" by selecting at the corner the option "Stop Sell." The second option is also under "Property Management," simply by selecting "Bulk updates" and updating a date range. Just click on "Stop Sell," select the option "Yes," the date range you want to block, and click on "Preview changes." We are glad to assist you with any questions you might have. Have a nice day!
