    I can't log in - it is connected to the wrong email

    I tried reaching out but they still didn't find a solution for me - for some reason it is connected to the wrong email - my website designer and not to my own email - the owner of this site. so I can't use it and I can't launch me website until it's fixed!!

    Price is to high for just a widget

    Your taking advantaging knowing it is a requirement by state law and price gouging for a widget that is meant to help the disabled. Better off finding a website that includes the widget in their monthly service fees.

    I love this app but WAY too expensive

    I really love this app and have been using it since they first launched on numerous websites that I've designed. I used a free version and then switched to yearly for my website. I donated to them many times when it was free. I paid $81.44 with a discount code last November for a year. And I just saw that the renewal price this coming November will be $208.55. That is just way too expensive for me. It seems like they are now more focused on large corporations that can afford to pay the high prices and have forgotten about us 'not wealthy folks.' The free version is very limited and you can't move the widget, so when you're designing, it can be a problem, especially on the mobile version. It saddens me greatly that again, big corporations win and were left with not great options. I won't be renewing.

    Got technical issue when tried to enable it, also every thing there you have to buy, didn't work at all, and not really simple to understand how to manage.

    unfriendly

    without a free trial to pay over 20 dollars monthly is an insane idea. let s have the free trial to build confident to customer first. it is that simple. your marketing team really has a problem of thinking how to make money.

Please let us know what you prefer, and we are more than happy to update you when the native free Wix market option is released.

    Cost?

    What happened with the cost? Not too long ago, this widget was free and now it is $49/monthly.. I was looking forward to use your feature for our website for the deaf and deafblind community.

      Hello, The free version of the app only offered basic accessibility adjustments. For full compliance, and in order to prevent confusion, we decided to only offer UserWay's AI-Powered Accessibility Widget as a product in the app store. Obviously, there are costs associated with maintaining our product so we cannot offer it for free. We did just launch a new tier at a lower price, so that might suit your needs better.     Não aceitam pagamento por boleto bancário nem mesmo anual

    Olá, contratei o wix.com e fiz um site para um orgão do governo, eles não tem cartão de crédito e só conseguem pagar com boleto bancário. Conversando com o suporte do Wix eles inicialmente dizem que a opção de pagar com boleto bancário deve ser disponibilizada por cada aplicativo parceiro. Até duas semanas eu não via dentro do Wix a opção de pagar anualmente pelo UserWay Accessibility e agora essa opção surgiu, vocês não podem ativar a forma de pagamento por boleto bancário e me ajudar com isso? Meu cliente está disposto a pagar anualmente.
