   Hi Doruk, We checked your site, tested the app on mobile, and the player itself works. The issue on your /music page appears to be that the widget is hidden or not properly placed in the Wix mobile editor. An app cannot magically appear on mobile if it was hidden from mobile view. We are developers, not spiritual mediums for invisible widgets. We emailed you several times, sent screenshots, and even recorded a Loom video showing exactly how to enable and set it up in the Wix mobile editor. Unfortunately, we never received a reply. So “bad not working mobile version” is misleading. The mobile version works. The widget just needs to exist on the mobile layout first - a small but historically important detail. We built the app so playlists can behave differently depending on the page - classic player, slider, grid, simple display, more polished display - because sometimes YouTube content needs to be a neat library, and sometimes it needs to walk in wearing sunglasses.    Hi Aditya, First off, thx for the balanced review - “works great” & “here’s the problem” in the same msg is actually helpful You’re absolutely right about one thing: in the Classic Wix Editor mobile breakpoint, the settings panel for 1 widget (Advanced Slider) can’t be opened directly. Unfortunately, that’s not a mysterious bug hiding in the app - it’s a limitation of Wix’s editor for widgets built with their CLI system. The good news: Only 1 widget in the app is affected by that limitation. The other widgets (Classic Player, Advanced Player, Slider, Grid) are built with WIX Blocks and do support mob settings normally. Also-the mobile settings still exist for the Advanced Slider. They just have to be configured from the desktop breakpoint in the widget panel. There’s a switch in the Slider settings that lets you toggle between Desktop and Mobile configuration. —VanyaDoing Team (Still playing playlists. Still fixing edge cases.    Hi there, “A watermark in the corner makes sense” - and yet somehow the clearly visible watermark on thumbnails came as a shock. Let’s unpack this for anyone reading. The watermark exists on the free plan for one reason: to prevent people from using the full product without contributing to the cost of building and maintaining it. Placing it only in a corner would make it trivial to crop, hide, or overlay. So yes, it appears where it cannot be conveniently ignored. That’s not “overkill.” That’s intentional design. The concept isn’t ruined. It’s simply not free of attribution. If that’s unacceptable, the Premium version removes it completely. If not, uninstalling works instantly and costs nothing.    Hi Victor, Now that is a proper update - thank you for coming back to close the loop. Just to be fully transparent for anyone reading: the issue you hit on mobile was actually coming from YouTube’s side. Certain playlists embedded via their iframe/API can hit memory limits on mobile devices, which results in the infamous “Aw snap” error. Normally, that’s completely outside our control. That said… we didn’t love seeing it break your experience, so we treated it like it was our problem and built a mobile-safe workaround until YouTube sorts things out on their end. Really appreciate your patience, the kind words, and the recommendation.    Hi, Let’s clear up a few things-calmly and with facts. 1) You installed the app by choice. Nothing was “added without your permission.” Installing an app is, in fact, permission 2) The app adds widgets only to your Home page, and only so you can immediately see what was installed. It does not add content to every page unless your site has…one page. 3) The app does not add “videos.” It adds widgets (Player, Slider, Grid) so you can preview available layouts. No content is published magically 4) You also didn’t “download” anything. This isn’t Napster in 2003-it’s a WIX app installed on a website So no, the app didn’t invade your site or summon random videos. What did happen is a misunderstanding of how WIX apps work, followed by a review that now misleads other users. Those banners seem to come from another app or custom code on your site that injects external ads.    Hi Colin, Just to clarify - you don’t have to pay. The app is fully functional with a watermark, which is how it’s offered for free. That’s kind of the tradeoff. We understand that some people prefer everything to be both free and watermark-free, but unfortunately we haven’t figured out how to pay rent with exposure yet. Calling it “not worth it” is a bit surprising, considering the app includes a drag & drop Slider widget, scroll-driven Grid layouts, customizable players, dynamic playlist syncing with YouTube, and more… all bundled into one app. For free. With no ads. With support. With updates. But yes, there’s a watermark. Removing it is entirely optional - just not magically free. We do appreciate the feedback, even if the rating doesn’t exactly reflect the value of what’s being offered. It provides full functionality with a free plan and does not force anyone to buy premium. b. The premium plan simply removes our brand logo. If you don’t need that feature, you don’t have to upgrade. 2) Age-Restricted Videos a. Your age-restricted content can only be viewed on YouTube, in accordance with YouTube’s Terms of Service. Our app (like any compliant service) must redirect viewers to YouTube. b. The “another free app” you mentioned works the same way. 3) Refund Process We were willing to issue a refund, but we asked multiple times for the necessary information (valid refund reason) and never received a response. Given all of this, as well as the profanity and slander in your review, we are forced to remove it.
